Adam finally went racing again, and took the recording equipment with! He sat down with friend of the show, fellow STL driver, and one of the most successful 24 hrs of Lemons racers in the country, Mike Taylor, and STL racer and generally handsome young whippersnapper, Eric Kutil. Lee Grimes from Koni came late to the recording, so he didnt say much, but he'll be prominent on the next show. Great race weekend, and a fun podcast with a lot of topics. Mike Taylor can talk about anything with wheels that goes fast forever
Episode 85 - Austin and Adam are back at it once again. Our first solo show without guests in a few months. We talk about Austin's recent move to the west coast, Adam's experience renting out his CRX, and Austin's crazy idea to live life without a car. We also talk about upcoming episodes, episodes that have already been recorded that Austin just can't find, and our upcoming #GRIDLIFE event at Road Atlanta. Find old episodes at www.tracktuned.com/slipangle and rate and review us on iTunes.
Adam sits down with friend of the show Brian from Hasport and they talk about racing, Honda Insights, Honda Fits, writing rulesets, Honda Challenge vs. STL, and crashing cars at 175 mph. And Brian was cold because hes from Arizona, and it was a cloudy day in Michigan. Listen to the show right now or WE'LL KNOW.
Adam recorded with longtime buddy Joe Fratatoni, of Colorfittings.com, who is a regular driver with the WMHM and Gridlife events that Adam and Austin work, and who has a lot of interesting projects happening. Del Sols, crashing on the Tail of th Dragon and cruising Chicago on wrinkle wall drag slicks are amongst the topics, and the show was frequently interupted by the Twerk Team Racing Choptopchallenge winning van, filled with 2 kegs and 30 drunk friends. Honda Meet is the best weekend of the year. Every year.
