Its been a month of new world lockdown due to COVID 19. Checking in to share some observations and thoughts.

As the Corona Virus continues to put a squeeze on all life as we know it I take a moment to look at the potential opportunity we are being presented for positive change. 

As depression and fear grasp the nation, Dj D Nice decides to bring a little positivity to the people with a legendary moment in hip-hip and social media!!! I touch on that and more as we end the first full week of Corona shutdowns. 

The World is in a place rarely seen and we're all going for a ride. Corona Virus aka COVID - 19 is here and things are changing hour to hour. I share some of my thoughts on this new reality, the media attention on my home town of New Rochelle and more. 

As 2019 ended I sat down poured some rum and ran down my experiences of the decade just ended. I wanted to get it out in a form I could listen to it all, process it and step into the new year.
