She is former Olympic weightlifter and L3 CrossFit coach and she is from California  and  is currently living in Spain. She helps women and men change the way they think about and interact with food and their bodies so they can stop yo-yo dieting and start eating and living in a way that works for them throughout the rest of their lives.
