What is ovary body type?
The ovary body shape is also related to female hormones, where the person gains weight in the thighs and lower belly.
The ovary type is more common in women than men, but the characteristics are shared. These characteristics include fat distribution below the waist, especially in the hips, buttocks, belly and thighs associated with lower back pain.
There is a craving for chocolate and sweet, creamy foods. The ovary body type is also associated with difficult menstruation and menopause as well as mood swings.
Other signs of estrogen dominance include:
- Constipation
- Reduced sexual drive
- Fatigue
- Infertility
- Mood swings
- Hot flashes
- Vaginal dryness
- Menstrual cycle issues such as irregular cycles , cysts, heavy bleeding, fibroid, etc
For all body types, remember to plan for three meals a day, with small snacks as needed or recommended between meals. Also, remember that whatever exercise you choose to follow, make it something you know you will enjoy—start slowly and work your way into more strenuous exercise. Don’t forget to drink lots of water—and importantly— get your sleep! Try for at least 7-9 hours every night—studies have shown that people who don’t get enough sleep don’t lose as much weight no matter what diet they follow.
