Wellness Travel & Travel Log ft. Dianne Riis

Wellness Travel & Travel Log ft. Dianne Riis

Most of us love to travel, but the question is HOW do we travel?
When I say how, I mean how do we actually prepare ourselves physically mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually.

Our guest
@dianabellywitch is a writer, an author, and a writer's coach who sees travel as a retreat. To her, travel allows her to restore herself to factory reset. When she travels, she has this ritual that she follows that allows her to always leave something behind and bring in something new that would better herself.

Let's hear and learn more of her travel ritual so that we too can deepen ourselves every time we travel.

Van Life ft. Melissa Divine

We all come to a point in our lives where our children grow up and eventually go their own ways. When this happens, it can get lonely and we feel lost.

Our next guest is an empty nester mother of two who decided to leave her apartment and move to a 65-square-foot camper van.

It was an adventure of a lifetime filled with challenges, loneliness, tears, adaptation, growth, joys and laughters.

Really excited to hear @melissadivine_medium vanlife stories especially during the pandemic when traveling has become more challenging with all the lockdowns in full swing.

What is it that you want to achieve in life?
Is it financial security, happiness, or freedom?

She then began her journey abroad, living in 12 countries in 20 years.

Set Yourself Free ft. Carrie Veatch

Would you leave a stable job that you love without having any plans ahead?

We've heard of stories about individuals quitting a job because s/he feel burnt out, but our next guest is quite different. She quit a job she loves because she feels within her that she is being called for the next adventure.   This adventure started on a 6-week adventure in South America, but this trip more than anything, opened her eyes on how much her identity is tied up to her job which led her to ask "Who am I outside of work?"

Today, she advocates to Set Yourself Free. @setyourselffree.llc believes that we have to chase freedom to see and be our limitless potential.

She is Wanderful ft. Beth Santos

She is Wanderful ft. Beth Santos

Our first guest for the year is someone who, I can say, has contributed significantly in the travel industry.

Like many of us, she came from a place where she was trying to figure out what she wanted to do in life. It was when she was sent to live in a small two-island nation in the Gulf of Guinea that she decided to start her blog--  A blog that eventually turned into an international collective of women travelers and travel content creators. This blog became her voice.

Today, she leads and inspires women to  travel the world while continuously changing the way the entire travel industry operates.

Let's hear more about how this journey had began and how it's going from no other than Beth Santos of the @Wanderful.

Faith over Fear ft. Stephanie Zito

Faith over Fear ft. Stephanie Zito

Sometimes it takes one person to push us to do something, but it is ultimately ourselves who makes that decision to take the leap of faith.

For our next guest, Stephanie, this push came from the man behind the ticket counter who convinced her to give the place another chance before leaving.

This was during her first solo trip, she wanted to experience the Navrati dance festival but was initially overwhelmed by the colors, smells, and the people, then she decided she should leave the place immediately. Good thing she was convinced to give this place another chance. This chance gave that trip a whole new meaning and experience. It made her more open to experiencing things and relied more on her intuition.

Today, she's an intuitive coach who helps in activating your intuition to create your best life.

Travel is our Medicine ft. Anthony Copeland Parker

Our next guest has a very interesting and inspiring story to tell. For thirty seven years, Anthony has been a professional pilot/ manager. He flew around the world.

However, in an unexpected turn of events, during his fifties, he and his wife Catherine received some serious news. They found out that he has to undergo a heart-valve replacement while his wife had an early onset of Alzheimer's. This was heavy and heartbreaking news, but their reaction was an unexpected one. They decided to retire, sell their house, and become nomads.

Instead of stopping their lives, they decided to live a life of joy and create new memories to cherish for a lifetime. As of now, they have already ran at least half a marathon in 35 countries in all 7 continents. What an impressive feat!

Connecting Back to Your Roots feat Anastasia Lind

Connecting Back to Your Roots feat Anastasia Lind

How many languages do you speak?

It's hard to master a language aside from your mother tongue, but our next guest, @lindanastasia44 can speak 5 languages fluently.

How she does that, I don't know. But what I know is that travelling and language has helped her reconnect with her roots. It was in a trip to Hamburg that she got to meet her cousins for the first time. They were able to bond and connect.

According to her, this trip made her experience so much love and connection. She got to know herself better and somehow got more clarity on what she to do next.

Afterwards, she got the courage to find a new job, leave a worn out relationship and move-out.

How exactly she had these process of realizations, let's find out as we chat with her tonight at 7pm live on Instagram.

Travel to Boost your Confidence ft. Robin Finney

Travel to Boost your Confidence ft. Robin Finney

"I learned to live a life of bold trust."

This is a quote from our next guest, Robin Finney. She is a Intuitive & Authenticity Guide, creator of Soulo Experiences, and an international model, and speaker. She is definitely a lot of things but this did not come in an instant.

Back then, she was the type to use travel as a form of escape from her usual life. She would come from a trip, depressed and hoping for the next trip.

Her travels have helped her become bolder and more confident in herself and her capabilities. She discovered that that she can lean to her gifts to support her in her travels. She learned to trust her body to tell her where to go and not go.

This confidence build up has allowed her to pursue her dreams and discover her authentic self. I think this is one of the most important takeaway of our travels because in any goal we want to achieve, it starts with understanding and discovering ourselves, what are strengths and weaknesses are, what we like and dont like. From there, we can be anything we want to be.

Tune in to hear more of Robin's story.

Travel is My Meditation ft. Anuja Vakil

Travel is My Meditation ft. Anuja Vakil

Do transformations need to be life changing?
Sometimes when we talk about transformation, we just think about the end goal, the finish line. We think transformations needs to be a huge change, but in reality, nothing is instant. It is always a process, and a process that follows our own timing.

Our next guest is a baker based in the UK. With her busy schedule and daily hustle, she uses travelling as her way to unwind and relax after a stressful stretch. I'm sure many of us can relate to this. Seeing different places do help in getting our minds off our work and stress.

For Anuja
@anujavakil, however , more than the relaxation, she uses her time in travelling as a mediation. This activity refuels her with positive vibes which she uses as a motivation to power through in running her bakery business. Besides that, by consistently exposing herself to local bakeries, she continuously improves her skills in baking-- applying new learnings and technologies to her own bakery-- all contributing to the success of Anuja's Bakehouse. This way, every time she travels, she comes back a renewed and better baker/ business woman.

Join me as we hear more of Anuja's perspective in travelling. How is she able to use travelling as a source of atomic transformations rather than just merely a form of escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life?

From Knowledge to Experience ft. Anne McHale

From Knowledge to Experience ft. Anne McHale

If you have already listened to at least one of our episodes, then you already know that travel indeed fosters personal growth. This time, we have @annemchalewine to tell us how travelling has helped her advance, appreciate, and discover her career, turned passion.

Anne is a Master of Wine. Ask her anything about wine, she'll know :) She says her vast knowledge and expertise in winery came from years of exposure and years of travelling to experience these wines herself. The ability to see, smell, taste and experience the places where wine is grown enabled her to truly deepen her understanding to this industry.

Knowing the people behind these wines, the culture, the why's and the how's make the wine more than just a bottled liquid. And just like in anything, this exposure creates passion and deep understanding that you can't just achieve while staying at home and reading the brochures/ researches or listening to others' accounts.

If you're excited to hear more about Anne's experience in discovering her passion or if you simply want to know more about wine, you should listen to this episode.

Expat Travel Adventures

In this episode, our guest has an interesting story to tell that started with her honeymoon getaway with her husband.

Linda Mueller used to be a professional whose main goal was to climb up the corporate ladder. She was so focused on work that she didn't plan on having any children. However, this 2-week honeymoon she embarked with her husband changed her view in life. She started looking for meaning and purpose beyond the titles and the monetary rewards.

Through travelling, Linda got to know her husband better and is now living a different life with a much broader perspective which she uses to raise and nurture her child.

If you wish to listen more on how that trip has urged Linda to stop living a life of "should's" and to start exploring the "what else" then you should not miss this episode on The Travel Coach Podcast

A Dream Come True

A Dream Come True

Have you ever heard of the phrase "confidence is the key to success?"

I do believe Confidence is a huge factor to success. If you think you can, you condition your mind to do it. It is important that your actions are intentional. However, truthfully speaking, this is easier said than done. There's just too many obstacles, sometimes physically, yet most of the times these are just in our minds. We doubt ourselves. We self-sabotage, thinking we are not capable and we are not worth it.

If you can relate to this, then you should join me as I chat with our next guest speaker, Tiffany_Varpalotai. She is a very smart, capable and challenge-seeking woman who has every right to be confident and proud, but just like most of us, she doubted herself. Tiffany was not born in a privileged family but during her university years, she was given a chance to spend a summer in the US as a kids camp counsellor, and that is where her view changed. With her exposure to different backgrounds, she realized she can be whatever she wants to be. Everything is possible.  Now, with her being able to encompass that stage, her mission is to help ladies start believing and stop belittling themselves. She says that women have to "stop over-analysing, over-thinking and over-planning and finally start taking actions and become an unstoppable female leader."

Follow your spark

Follow your spark

Ever gone through a phase where everything seems to have fallen out of place? A career restart. A love life restart. Being Homeless. A feeling that everything's back to square one. What did you do? Did you just go with the flow or did you decide to take a leap of faith?

Our guest for today Gina Casbarro has had a fair share of challenges in her life and each time, she decided to take a leap of faith! After resigning from her corporate job, she and her partner broke up forcing her to move out of the house. But instead of looking for a new place to stay, she decided to go out of her comfort zone and engage in a year long trip to find herself.

Join me and Gina as we talk about why she decided to take the road less travelled and how this has impact how she sees, thinks, and does things. Let's hear how travelling can help align our mindset, lifestyle and environment, allowing us to Follow Our Spark and be our best selves.

Trust your intuition

Trust your intuition

Are you a business owner or entrepreneur who can’t include travel in your life?  What if my next guest, Alyssa Williamson, tells you that if you can listen to your intuition, you can create amazing travel experiences while keeping your business successful?

Alyssa was a graphic designer and a business owner in two years ago. She was not traveling much as she thought that she would eventually damage her business.

Then, she had to go to a wedding. To Austria…

First time in Europe, she was amazed by the history, the culture… She visited Salzburg, connected with her Dutch family that she didn’t see for many years…

She reconnected with her real priorities in life. She followed her intuition and decided to add an extra week to this vacation. She created memories and experiences that she’ll never forget. In the end, nothing bad happened to her business.

Now, she’s also a Business Coach who helps other business owners to keep the harmony between their work and their passions in life.

Alyssa stands for empowered women; women who love themselves, trust themselves, listen to their intuition, stand in their power and make great money doing what they love, so that they can in turn raise others up.

She believes in helping women be their authentic selves to live their best, badass life!  She built her first marketing & design business around supporting business women and now also offers a deeper level of consulting as a business & mindset coach, shifting and healing beliefs to help clients achieve their dream lives, sooner.

The last wake-up call

The last wake-up call

Do you feel lost nowadays? Maybe, you’ve experienced a transition recently and you’re feeling lonely, sad, aimless.

Today's guest Joulie Philloe has been there. After working as a Lance Corporal in the Danish Army, she felt that she has no purpose in life. Describing herself as a deep, sensitive spiritual soul, Joulie, in her own words, felt empty, lost and inadequate.

Every travel she went on opened her up. She met the most amazing spiritual couple at Maui Hawaii, a gorgeous spiritual entrepreneur and real estate lady in Las Vegas. They welcomed her, made her feel loved, wanted and accepted. She was closer to her real self, her free-spirited essence without labels or restrictions. Don’t we all want to feel this in life?

She says we're all one and have so much to learn from one another. Kindness is the best gift that we can gift each other.  She experienced this when she was her worst self with her PTSD. Traveling helped her get out of her own inner imprisonment…

Joulie is a Danish high-performance mentor and behavioral transformation expert. Over the years, she has helped +6.000 therapists, psychologists, coaches and aware spiritual leaders upgrade their practices with deep transformational therapy work sessions.

Her main focus is to help her clients have more fun and feel more energized doing what they do, with the use of body work and spiritual tools.

Joulie has coached and trained 10.000 people around the world online and her YouTube channel has had +220,000 views.

Now focused on sharing the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and appreciative mindset, Joulie loves to travel and support her friends from her base in Denmark.

Redefine your perspectives

Redefine your perspectives

Have you ever had a trip or lived some place where you had to hide your identity because people over there would be biased?

What perspective does this situation bring to a person?

My next guest is Leah Zimmerman who has traveled to many places where she had to hide her Jewish identity. She has many stories about friends who stopped seeing her when she announced that she was Jewish, prejudices that she faced everyday life…

Sometimes we can feel like we are living in a bubble because everyone around us has the same values like us; freedom, independence, toleration, manner... However, when we come out of that bubble, all the people in the world, the point where humanity has come, hits like a ton of bricks. Traveling the world changes how you see the world.

Leah is a certified executive coach, family business advisor and intergenerational resolving conflict expert

It's time to slow down

It's time to slow down

How many vacation days could you take while working? 1 week?10 days? Or just weekends? And, when you take it, can you unplug yourself from all the work you have to do?

I know how hard it can be to take a vacation and walk away from all the work you must do. Even, if you take this time off, maybe you check your phone, e-mails, or you spend some “productive time” even on vacation.

But, at the same time, you know you need this time to renew yourself and regain your energy.

My guest on The Travel Coach Nuria Rodriguez used to be a “workaholic”, not taking so many vacations. While using those days, she was taking some courses, trainings instead of disconnecting.

In 2018, she got ill and while doing some practices with plants she realized that she needed a break. She took all December off and went 3 weeks to India and 1 week to Spain

It’s not easy to overcome the monkey chatter of “you’re wasting time”, “you’re not productive”, “look how much work you need to do”, but all the energy that you receive on return is so worth it.

If you’re working and wondering how you can spend your vacations with “me time”, listen to this episode.

Finding home

Finding home

An architect, lecturer and researcher Tamara Rogic found the home in herself.

It was not easy.

Originally from Croatia, Tamara never felt she belong to her place and she believed that by moving she’ll find home.

She moved to Zagreb for study but still didn’t feel the belonging. She thought the problem might be Croatia then…

She moved to the UK at the age of 30, but after 4 years there, it still didn’t feel right.

Travelling itself is a spiritual thing to look inside more, though it can sometimes lead you to look deeper. Because wherever you go, you may not find what you are looking for

Before moving to Netherlands, her cousin introduced her to “body therapy”. This is where she understood what’s the sense of belonging. It was within herself, in her body, in her heart. That’s where home is.

Now she enjoys traveling for experiences, but she is not chasing “belonging” anymore

Don't miss this episode. Tamara will share some quick tools to help you to re-connect with your body!

Multigenerational Travel

Multigenerational Travel

Multigenerational travel.

Have you heard of this term? Or have you ever been interested in travelling with your big family?

Trish Gastineau is a luxury travel concierge passionate about organizing multigenerational trips (grandchildren, parents, grandparents etc.) for families!

Imagine that: Usually when the grandparents call over, the grandchildren are busy with their schedules, playing video games… When the grandchildren visit them, they are at home, having a dinner, talking about the same things. They don’t learn or experience anything together. They don’t spend quality time together.

Trish encourages multigenerational travel for such occasions. She also helps with teenagers who don’t feel like traveling with their families by introducing activities that they would feel attracted to. One of the aspects of travelling is helping to rebuild and strengthen family ties.

She is passionate about connecting people with places and other people. Her tagline is “endless possibilities”. From her clients, she has so many meaningful anecdotes to share with us. Don’t miss this interesting live podcast.

The first rule of aviation

The first rule of aviation

Are you interested in flying or getting a pilot license? Well, you need to listen this episode with Erika Cole Gilette.

She’s always enjoyed the journey, the moment in between the departure and the destination. She met lots of pilots and saw that they think differently than the rest of the population: their mindsets and approaches to travel is so different. Then, she realized that she wanted to become a pilot because she wanted to think the same way they think, to have their mindset! She started her first class 4 years ago and she recently got her license.

She admires how a person can put their life on risk by teaching other people how to fly. It takes courage. Flying teaches you to be prepare, to handle any situation, to be comfortable with the unexpected. Learning how to be a pilot is a life-long journey and a big transition like travelling!

She would like to encourage more women to become a pilot. If your dream is to be in the air, it’s a great dream!

She owns a Youtube channel called “SweetRickey” where all her flying videos are uploaded.

She also founded Rockstar Academics to give students and families a saner approach to choosing a good college match. She coaches students, entrepreneurs, writers, and jobseekers to design and lead extraordinary lives they love.  She’s a sailplane pilot. She’s an adventurer.

New Beginnings

New Beginnings

A very adventurous person was onboard at this The Travel Coach episode. Meet with Anne Robley; an artist, stylist, and of course a travel lover!

In her mid-20s, a friend of hers convinced Anne to go on a crazy adventure in Europe. They went 1 month backpacking to Portugal, France, Spain, and Holland with a very little budget and not language but English and met unbelievable people!

She says she learned how to be resourceful, more open and adventurous. This was before smartphones, Internet… totally old school way.

Then, she realized that “There is more to live” for her. Travelling is a good way to broaden our horizons and see the possibilities of life.

She went back to her country (Canada), quit her job, sold her car and moved to Australia. After a 3-month Australia adventure, she moved to Switzerland. Nobody knew her in this new country, and she could be whoever she wanted to be. People around her had no expectations and she felt free to start brand new life there. I usually hear this: In a place where there are no prejudices because no one knows you, people are much more comfortable and can behave like themselves more!

After 19 years Anne is still in Switzerland and started her business in home styling and Christmas decoration.

Listen to this episode and get inspired by Anne’s life and travel experiences.

Keep Calm and Buen Camino

Keep Calm and Buen Camino

As women, we don’t always give ourselves permission to take care of us. We rather take care of everyone else. However, when we follow our hear and put our needs first, miracles happen

I had a new guest this week on The Travel Coach: Deborah Kevin

Her life completely changes after watching the movie “The Way”.

For those who haven't seen this movie, it's about walking the Camino de Santiago (a pilgrimage route in Spain). Debora knew in that moment that she was called to do it.

They say when you make a committed decision, the universe conspires to bring it to you  This was exacly what happen to our guest when she met a lady (just sit beside her on a conference) who was helping people to go to the Camino for living

After her painful but grateful journey, Debora not only change her life but also her career for the better. She discovered her gift of writing books and she's made her passion her profession

The art of travel

The art of travel

When Kathy Eichhorn was introduced for the first time to History of Arts, she quickly realised the best things are in European museums.

Back then, she was living in California and feeling slowly consumed by the fast-paced rhythm of life.

In her early 20's, she had never been in Europe before, but she felt this inner desire to see all that beauty with her own eyes.

A friend of hers told her that she will join her on that trip, and that was all that Kathleen needed to know: She sold her car  and she quit her job.

The day before the trip, that friend called her to say that she could not join her eventually.

Kathleen was heart broken, but she decided to go ahead with the trip alone

Join us on today onboard The Travel Coach to hear the incredible stories that Kathleen experienced -and the challenges she overcome- during her 90 days around Europe.

The new era of sustainable travel

The new era of sustainable travel

The first time Anna Alaman visited India, she said to herself that she could never be able to live in that country.

Fast forward, 10 years later, she was quitting her stable job in Spain and moving to India to start her business in the tourism industry

What did happen in between?

She discovered a new concept that she felt in love with: Social Enterprises

Her company, Open Eyes Project, was awarded by two of the most recognised world awards (ITB, WTM) for responsible tourism for her initiative 'Women in Tourism"

Now, Anna is mentoring women who want to start her social, sustainable and regenerative businesses by providing them clarity and structure.

Black Heritage Tourism

Black Heritage Tourism

When you travel with the intention to connect with your history, your ancestors, your roots... you come to know and understand yourself.

When you are there, in those places that made you, you learn what you can't learn in books, you see people you've never met and yet you have a sense that you know them, you know their stories, you feel the vibration of the place, you feel you are travelling in time.

If this speaks to you, join us onboard The Travel Coach this Tuesday at 7pm BST as we speak with Julia Browne, pioneer of Black heritage tourism in France.

As a founder of the heritage education company Walking The Spirit Tours - Black Paris & Beyond, her Afrocentric tours and customised itineraries have introduced countless travellers, students, and educators to the incredibly rich, yet lesser known, influence of Black history and culture in Europe, the UK, USA, and Canada.

Travel to Heal

Travel to Heal

Everything started when she decided to research online the words 'Responsible Tourism' - back in 2014.

Barbara's dream was to go to Brazil with her family, but as a vegan, animal lover and environmental activist, she wanted to leave the smallest footprint as possible behind her

That's when she found this community base tourism in Brazil that she felt in love with

All was booked and ready for the trip, when she received fatal news about her little sister...

The whole family went in shock, in deep pain, and they re-considered about the trip. Without knowing their final decision would change the course of their lives forever

Join us onboard The Travel Coach to hear this powerful story of transformation from the Founder of Muxima Emotions Barbara Dias today

Awakening in India

Awakening in India

Do you know how people often travel to India to connect with their spirituality?
Going to ashrams or for yoga retreats to find themselves?

Well, that was NOT the case for our Travel Coach guest, Jessica Drucker

In her early 30's, Jessica and her partner decided to backpack around the world, and that included 6 weeks in India.

But, considering herself a skeptical person at that time, she would have never expected 'awakening' with such an intense "kick in the ass"

That experience in India, unraveled a chain of events that changed the course of her life.

Today Jessica is a four-time expat, former digital nomad and destination expert.

She is the author of "How to Move Abroad and Why it's the Best Thing you'll do" who hosts and produces the podcast "Adventure Calls"

Join us today onboard The Travel Coach to hear Jessica's incredible story, which includes a cow and an ambulance

Empowered beyond all borders

Empowered beyond all borders

Have you ever traveled to a place where you felt like home - despite being your first time there?

There is something in the air, the vibe, the people, the food, the culture... that grabs you. You feel like you belong there.

This is what Lenka Matthews felt the first time she visited Spain.

And that feeling ended up triggering the desire to fulfil one of her dreams - not only for herself but for many others.

Who would have told her that she would be in this position when she was a 23 years old young lady without either international experience or language skills doubting about leaving Czech Republic and moving to the UK?

Trust the unknown

Trust the unknown

Imagine you are a 25 years old Australian school teacher in the early 1990's who, after 4 years working at the same school, feels they desire to play a bigger game.

You feel a call to adventure, but you don't know how this may be for you.

And then, out of the blue, you receive a phone call from a stranger who offers you an opportunity to teach in Tanzania. What would you answer?

This is how the story of our next speaker Natalie Croome starts, and I bet you too will feel goosebumps when hearing all the ups & downs and the synchronicities that unfolded for her along the way.

Pay it forward

Pay it forward

If you've ever seen the movie "Pay it forward" you'll surely remember Trevor McKinney's goodwill movement to change the World.

I love that movie! And this is what came to my mind when Julie Wren was delighting me with her transformational travel stories.

In her early 20's, Julie moved from the UK to Brussels for work, without knowing the impact that her new colleague and flatmate would have on her life.

Inspired by his generosity, Julie started to use her travels to contribute and help others using the pay it forward philosophy

Getting the travel bug at an early age, Julie has spent more than 30 years working, living and travelling abroad, having lots of adventures and touching the lives of many people around the globe.

If you feel this is inspiring, wait to hear from this lady herself TODAY onboard The Travel Coach today

Because it's not only about travel, it's about the people you can positively impact on each of your trips

She met her Italian husband, they had a kid and travel around the world together

We are travel superheroes

We are travel superheroes

I was truly amazed by the story of my guest today, Eric Hrubant, the Founder & CEO of CIRE Travel.

At just 43 years of age, Eric now runs a multi-million dollar business. But his beginnings were not quite so easy.

Eric grew up in Queens in New York City. As the son of a single mum who worked full time, Eric was a latch-key kid. While he studied at night, to become a social worker, Eric had to find a day job to pay the bills. This is how, back in 1997, travel entered Eric’s life.

He worked his way up from entry-level at a travel agency to second in command. Fast forward 15 years and he bought the agency from the retiring owner and re-branded it as CIRE (Eric backwards; a hat-tip to Oprah’s company, Harpo).

Eric now uses his social work skills to take the stress out of the travel process – making travel easier and more enjoyable for his clients. CIRE Travel is a concierge-style travel agency specialising in luxury vacations and business trips. Across their four offices, CIRE Travel has grown to deliver almost $20m worth of corporate, leisure and group travel to their client base.

Join me on The Travel Coach today as we benefit from the remarkable success story and wisdom of this 20+ year travel industry veteran.

From traveling to escape to unleashing the power of travel

From traveling to escape to unleashing the power of travel

Have you ever traveled to escape from your problems?

Kaley knows that feeling very well.

At the age of 12 years old, she first experienced the relief that came with traveling abroad. And, that became her way to approach life.

Until the point she became a flight attendant.

After 16 years in the airline industry, she’s traveled and experience so many places around the world.

But her challenges were always waiting at home for her return. And that didn’t feel good.

A few years ago, Kaley suffered a breakdown and it was then when she realised she had to stop traveling to escape, and start travelling to enjoy life.

Now, Kaley is a life coach helping women with childhood & generational trauma to heal and create the life they desire.

In her own words: “Travel was an important part of my own healing and growth journey in so many ways”

If Kaley’s story talks to you, I invite you to this new episode of The Travel Coach.
