Seasonality Exercise Questions What seasons are you in? What wisdom does it hold? How can you lean into the season even more? Now can you zoom out and name the multiple season your life, business, creations or relationships are in? (maybe using different textas or objects) What season is your life or soul work in? What seasons are your creations in? What season or phase of your menstrual (or moon) cycle are you in? Explore your inner landscape & meditate with me (Sophie French) during the full moon phase.
