Death and Stein were surprisingly useless. Watching the Kishin crumble is so rewarding and fun thing about them as a villain, some of his ideas not wrong - it’s his methods that aren’t great!

We are almost to the end! Our hosts Kari Lane, Veronica Vallencia and Ollie Drennan break down s4 ep5-8. Many things we had been wanting to happen finally did! FINALLY saw Marie kick butt and in heels no less! Crona did well but saved by Maka (we discussed how that is a little different than the manga). Stein and Marie together = YASSSS! Black Star is continue to grow, mature and hopefully continues on that path. Medusa is gone for good and learned she is not the top dog. Death with the walking city and the table flip?! Say whaaa?! Only four more episodes to go until the finale!

Only 3 more review shows for Soul Eater! The epic battle is fast approaching but Maka is in a funk. She is understandably frustrated because the actions of the DWMA are a bit questionable - releasing Medusa and making a deal with her?! Crona and Marie are stepping up and struck out to get Medusa. What is up with the Kishin and Arachne? So awkward to watch… What is he even doing? Kid re-learns he should not go it alone but should utilize his friends. Will Stein come out of the fog?

Season 3 is coming to a close and as a whole the show has mellowed out a little bit. However, this seems to happen right before the big battles! Hosts Kari Lane, Veronica Valencia, Jaimie Gray, and Ollie Drennan discuss how the madness is taking over but no one is really acknowledging it. Is Arachne the real baddy or is it Medusa? Poor Crona, but thankfully the trio is ready to work things out. Is Black Star back to his normal self or has losing finally taught him some lessons? Also, our host Kari attended the Fate Grand Order USA Tour and shares video and photos from the cool event!

The gang is all back together! Hosts Kari Lane, Veronica Valencia, Jaimi Gray and Ollie Drennan break down s3 ep 5-8. Crona is having trouble comprehending why everyone is so nice because they have never known friendship. There is another filler ep with Excalibur but it is somewhat entertaining. Yay for cute winter wear while our team goes to the hidden island, and yay for seeing more of the other students/weapons! Looks like we are headed for another big battle. Will the resonance training be able to help the students for the upcoming fights?! Also, our hosts discuss anime to live action adaptations and can they work?

OMG this show just keeps getting better! Hosts Kari Lane and Jaimi Gray cover s3 ep 1-4. The madness has descended and a new big villain has surfaced - Arachne! The golem was creepy and Giriko was such a cool new weapon. Also, Justin Law was amazing and so creative regarding how to use a guillotine as a weapon. Will Soul be able to reach their level? Madusa is back but will there be some sibling rivalry?

OMG that start of s2! Hosts Kari Lane, Veronica Valencia, and Ollie Drennan break down ep 5-8 of season 2. These are the fight scenes we have been waiting for! That back story and inner soul visual for Crona was so “Awwwww” and put so much in context. Crazy Maka was kinda cool! Stein and Medusa are so fun to watch!

There were some interesting moments in these episodes but overall they were very much just fillers. However, go Stein with figuring out Medusa!
