Sorry its been a while but now I'm back. I have started my YouTube channel for sound off minnesota called SheSoundOff so please, please, please watch, listen, leave a comment, and subscibe and hit the notification button. Listen, sometimes we need to take a step back are re-evaluate things to produce the best results. So this episode is my take on hitting the reset button. It is okay to reset, readjust, restart, and refocus as many time as you need as long there is a specific goal in mind. And always remember life is a marathon so its okay to a moment or 2 or 3 then pick up where you left off.

This is one of my most intimate and vulnerable episodes as I open up about my recent personal issues. So I got an overwhelming response to my 2nd episode living outside of your comfort zone. So I wanted to check in with my listeners and encourage you to stop living in fear and step out of your comfort zones.

I wanted to discuss in the episode how we neglect out self for the sake of the everything and everyone else. My co host @Obi_lulu and I dive deep into different aspects of self care internal and external love.

In this episode I wanted to get really personal and talk about a past experience I had and how I went through the process (I didn't notice how much I say process)🤷🏾‍♀️ Anyway we need to allow ourselves the chance to go through things and except the process so we can learn from the mistakes. HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!!! Now that we are in the new year, have you found yourself wanting to start getting it in but dont know where to start. So you find yourself stuck in the same ol routine on things and cant get out. Well I am starting the new year off with a bang and helping you get unstuck!

How much longer will we allow ourselves to be held back because we hold on to unneeded baggage?

We all have people that hold us back or wont let you be great. The end of the year has approached so now its time to reflex and find out who coming into 2019 or nah.

We all know that somebody that go around and release their negative energy on any and everyone. We allow these people to disrupt out peace and this has to STOP!!!

In my second episode I am Sounding Off to Stepping Outside of My Comfort Zone. I give you a details story of me getting up and actually taking risk, feeling silly while doing it, and how it pretty much changed my life.
