In this episode, Gabby speaks with Nick Jesteadt, Senior Director of People Analytics and Corporate Marketing Analytics for Cloud Software Group. He emphasized the value of using data analytics in HR to inform strategies in retention, engagement, wellness, diversity, and belonging, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. His definition of Productivity motivates the rest of the conversations. Increasing productivity involves supporting a three-level relationship with work and moving away from fear-based motivation. Ciprian Arhire - He is the Global Head of People Experience and HR Transformation for Entain Group, supporting 26,000 global employees. In his role, Ciprian is responsible for the People Experience Strategy, design and implementation based on the changing needs of the people and business, as well as leading a portfolio of HR transformation programmes and interventions to future-proof the organization and the HR Service Delivery. Arhire has been voted as one of the most influential HR Practitioners of 2022’s HR Magazine’s work to identify and showcase HR Thought and Practice leaders globally and shortlisted as the HR Champion of the year 2023 for the Burberry British Diversity Awards.
Shereen Sater - She is hyper-focused on helping organizations understand their talent to retain and engage them. She founded The Curve Collective to create and offer solutions to companies she wished she had throughout her early career – robust culture analyses, engaging workshops, and thorough leadership development for greener talent. As an avid reader, her self-proclaimed love language is recommending books (and unsolicited advice).
