In acest episod am avut placerea de a sta de vorba cu o femeie extraordinara. O femeie care nu a tinut cont de stereotipuri, de piedici, de bariere, care si-a creat propriile poteci, propriile cai, luandu-se dupa o busola corecta cu viziunea unui viitor fara limite. O femeie puternica, calma si foarte echilibrata.
Am vorbit despre sport si despre cum sportul a invatat-o si a ajutat-o in tot ceea ce a facut. Despre a intra in competitie cu candidati sustinuti de puteri mondiale precum Germania sau Franta si a-i surclasa in timp ce guvernul tarii tale iti este dusman declarat. A fost prima femeie procuror general din istoria Romaniei, dar si cel mai tanar ocupant al acestei pozitii, iar in prezent este procuror-sef la Parchetul European.
Sensei Florentin Marinescu, Presedintele Federatiei Romane de Arte Martiale, vorbeste in acest episod despre mentalitate in sport dar si in viata. Este omul care a fost alaturi de echipe ce au performat la cel mai inalt nivel. Preparatorul fizic al Stelei in perioada de glorie in care aceasta cucerea Cupa Campionilor Europeni, al Echipei Nationale de Rugby, de Polo si a celei de Bachet. Inplineste in acest an 60 de ani de Arte Martiale si a ajuns recent la un nivel la care sunt foarte putin oameni, cel de zece dani in Jiu Jitsu. Un om deosebit care ne povesteste in acest episod de unde a plecat, unde a ajuns si care este viziunea lui asupra vietii.

Ion Țiriac: fost jucător profesionist de tenis român, jucător de hochei pe gheață, promotor, antrenor și actualmente un influent on de afaceri. Unul dintre cei mai bogati fosti sportivi din lume. In acest episod vorbim despre sport, educatia in sport, formala sau non formala, branding local sau global si de asemenea derspre business in sport.
Guy has been the National Director for the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme from its inception. He advises a number of countries on the development of their own Dual Career programmes, including currently being the International Advisor on Dual Careers for the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport, Science and Technology. He has previously been Chef de Mission and Team Manager for a number of GB delegations and teams across various sports and events. Guy chairs the European Union Expert Group in Human Resources Development in Sport, having previously been Chair for the Education and Training in Sport Expert Group. He is also a member of the British Weightlifting Board and is Chair to their High Performance Group.
Cosmin Vladimirescu is the Country Manager of MasterCard Romania. He is a sports passionate, and involved in many sport projects.
"We need to make sports, regardless of the sport, available to all people. Growing the availability, growing the number of amateur players. Everybody should do sports, everybody should be allowed to do sports. Everybody should have access to it."
Bogdan Naumovici is the managing partner at 23 Communication Ideas. Also holding a creative director position, Bogdan is a sport passionate that was involved in quite a few great ads. We are discussing about being called the "bad boy of publicity", about models, sport icons and many other interesting subjects. I can speak to this guy for hours and hours, but had to keep it shorter in this episode.

Kamil Novak is the Executive Director of FIBA Europe. He is a former Basketball player that is now incharge with the mission and vision of europea basketball. We are talking about transitioning from an athletes' career to a managerial position, about national federations and different types of leagues.

Daniel is a former Rugby player that had a great transition from an athlete career to the CEO of DHL Romania. We're talking about skills, passions and much more.
