Nick is the owner of Occoquan Bay Fitness in Woodbridge, VA, runs an after school fitness program at Fred Lynn Middle School, and is the founder of TeacherFit, an online health and wellness program for educators. I talk with Nick about how Teacher Fit equips teachers and staff with the tools to change the culture of wellness, some roadblocks that can get in the way of wellness, and he shares some benefits of focusing on wellness.
