Hosting the Late Afternoon Show on Latitude59 Conference – Matt’s Experience as a Live Talk Show Host. Bonus Episode

Hosting the Late Afternoon Show on Latitude59 Conference – Matt’s Experience as a Live Talk Show Host. Bonus Episode

Welcome to the Bonus episode of the Startup Blender 🎧 Our guest, this time, is Matt C Smith (again) from South Africa 🇿🇦

Why are we doing this bonus episode? Good question! 💡

So, last week, we went to Estonia’s flagship startup and tech event, Latitude59. The experience was absolutely amazing – we attended captivating talks, met like-minded people, and interviewed interesting professionals working in a startup field. 🚀

Now, all of those interviews we did were meant for the article in the Startup Adventures publication. However, one of the interviewees was none other than the talk show host (and our old friend), Matt C Smith. Our conversation was sooo interesting that we decided to put it as a bonus episode of the podcast as well.

Maybe you remember we did a full episode with Matt back in 2021 about his startup story. Episode 18. Anyways…

Matt hosted the Late Afternoon Show during the Latitude59 conference, which was a Late Night Talk Show type of performance on the stage. He had six different entrepreneurs as guests, and the show even had a live band playing music in the background. Honestly, we have been to lots of tech conferences, but this is the first time we’ve seen anything like this. 🙌🏼

In this short episode, we talked about his experience at Latitude59 and the story of how he came up with this original format for the conference. Enjoy!

Our goal is to interview different people who have working experience in startups to show you the different aspects of startup life.🥁
