The crew unwinds with a house party at Deans house but the fun quickly ends when they're called to report to a 5-alarm fire at PAC North hospital. After discovering a bomb on site, Dean drops a bomb on Vic and tells her it's time to move out. Maya's father shows up to the station unannounced and his abusive nature rears its ugly heard, forcing Maya to finally realize that Carina was right. Emmett reveals that he's in love with Travis but unfortunately, Travis says the feelings aren't mutual. Jack visits Marcus and Marsha but there could be more than a friendship brewing between he and Inara. Dixon gets arrested and Ben celebrates with his firehouse family. Andy is still searching for answers about her parents marriage, which prevents her from supporting Sullivan during his surgery. After finally getting a call from her aunt, Andy meets her mother face to face.

Vic and Travis find out that Sullivan and Dixon are involved in some shady business. Emmett breaks down after the PRT truck gets hijacked leaving Jackson injured and Ben to pick up the pieces. Dean & Jack help a woman who was assaulted while jogging. Carina encourages Maya to face her emotional abuse issues which pushes the boundaries of their relationship. Andy tries to piece together secrets from her fathers past causing Sullivan to worry about her mental health.

Andy returns work and her Station 19 family welcomes her with open arms. Ben confronts Sullivan and he finds out about Dixon's shady past. Still reeling from the death of Pruitt, the Station 19 crew tries to figure out their new normal. Andy is having vivid dreams that her father, mother and Ryan are a part of. Dixon has denied Pruitt's Line of Duty funeral so Vic recruits her team members to be models in a charity calendar. Dean works on his will and asks Ben to for a huge favor. Bells finds out the truth about Sullivan's overdose. Maya has to defend herself against Dixon and Jack saves a mother and son in danger. Emmett decides to be honest with himself and the crew.

Jackson is officially a part-time member of Ben's Physician Response Team but his romance with Vic may be back on full-time. Emmett begs Travis to keep their secret romance going but Travis is more focused on saving his life. Dean bonds with an OG Firefighter crew and realizes he still needs to do more to prep for his daughters future. Newlyweds Sullivan and Andy get trapped in a storage facility while Pruitt saves the day but risks his life.

Travis gets roped into a revealing brunch with Dixon, Emmett and Emmett's girlfriend. Carina attempts to let loose on vacation but Mya has trouble not focusing on work. Ben auditions his former Grey Sloan Hospital pals to see if they'd work as partners for his Physician Response Team.
