Steph Says "NO!"
Welcome to another episode of Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal exploring my stuff with the hope that as I process my "stuff" out loud it will help you process your stuff. This month's episode is about the stuff I'm feeling as I walk towards my 2022 personal goal. Each year people set goals and resolutions. Well, I frankly don't believe in New Year's resolutions and I typically avoid setting personal goals just to satisfy some societal norm. That being said, let's talk about why I'm calling 2022, "The Year of NO!" and what I hope you'll get out of hearing me say it. I'll say it until I can't say it anymore, THANK YOU for listening. If you like my podcast and want to support what I'm doing, please feel free to #buymeacoffee at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/MsSteph Until next time, Steph

Reallocating My Time- Thursday Stuff
Welcome to Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal about stuff. My mission is twofold; to process my stuff by speaking it out loud and to help you reflect on what's going on with you by listening to me share what I'm experiencing day-to-day. This episode is called, "Reallocating My Time- Thursday Stuff." Sit with me as I explain why Thursday has become a symbol for reallocating my time and how I'm working through a process of not holding myself to my "yes". I know that might sound strange and a bit flakey but you'll understand what I mean when you listen to my story. There are times when I say yes but frankly should not have and get to a point when it becomes detrimental to me and my main purpose in life. I hold myself hostage to a commitment that was never meant to be a long-term thing. I also share with you what I'm allowing myself to do with my reclaimed Thursday afternoons and why. If you like this content and want to hear more, please show your support of me and my podcast by clicking the support button or buying me a coffee at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/MsSteph.  Thank you for listening. Mother's Day Stuff
Welcome to Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal about stuff that I've experienced. My mission is twofold; to process my stuff by speaking it out loud and to help you reflect on what's going on with you by listening to my story.  In today's episode, I talk randomly and a bit candidly about my emotions around Mother's Day. Yes, it's a holiday that I celebrate with my friends and family. I sent upwards of 20 texts today, saying Happy Mother's Day with some goofy Bitmoji. Yes, I honor mothers of ALL kinds and humbly accept Mother's day love for myself but this day brings up some stuff that needs to be dealt with. Some stuff that I need to talk about and work through sometime in the near future. So join me for my fluid share of just a few of the thoughts and emotions swimming around inside of me today. I pray that listening to my stuff will help you process your stuff.   If you want to hear more, please show your support at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/MsSteph. Moving Stuff, Part 3- The First Night Was ROUGH!
Welcome to episode 8 of Steph Speaks About Stuff.  I've been in my "new" place for 2 months. I promised you back in February that at some point I would talk a bit about my first night here. That time has arrived so let's talk about it. For starters, It was rough! The schedule I had for the day went in the trash. The delivery guys were too early, the person who was supposed to give me my keys was LATE and someone in my building was playing loud music until midnight. In the end, it all worked out and I am moving closer to the next phase of my life. Listen for the whole story and get some tidbits from my move to New York City back in 2003. Thanks for listening and if you like what you hear, #buymeacoffee at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/MsSteph.  Until next time, Steph

Moving Stuff, Part 1
Have you thought of moving during the "panorama"? I have. Not only have I thought about it, but I also did it. Or rather I'm in the process of doing it. And I tell you it's a challenging experience. It's not for the unprepared but if God is calling you to another place, go! In this episode, I talk to you about the decision to move during these "unprecedented times", how sharing about it with others helped me and the application process. If you do decide to move, remember the following: Wise counsel is invaluable! "You'll have to decide what of the "stuff" you've accumulated at one place are you going to be taking with you to the OTHER place." Thanks for listening and make sure to #buymeacoffee at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/MsSteph. Until next time, Steph
