Tonight, we continue our unit on Breathe for Social Justice with Breathe for Energy Retrieval. We complete a quick body scan and then receive back all the energy we gave out to this week.

Tonight, we begin our unit on Breathe for Social Justice.
This practice leads us into affirming who we are and setting aspirations for the week, month or the remainder of the year (you choose your time frame). You are encouraged to journal your affirmations and aspirations and establishing how you will accomplish your aspirations. I shared mine and invite you to share yours, in the comment section, if you so choose. Be well!

Tonight's episode reminds us to be thankful for everyone and everything we have and thus we set our intention for gratitude for all things is set.
S1: Mindfulness & Intention Setting: Gratitude for the People in My Life
In this practice, we will focus on the people in our lives that we are grateful for. We recall to mind one at a time and then collectively. I was a bit emotional as this practice was nearing and forgot to lead us into intention setting for the week. Complete this practice on your own, if you'd like by setting an intention to be grateful every day for the people in your life and for the things you have or decided on your own intention for the week. Make it personal to you.
