Ahh...there is nothing like the uncomfortable feeling you get when confronted by a mad and upset shop worker. And I will tell you right now I experienced this about two weeks ago and it is not the happiest time I’ve ever had. But self-respect and loving yourself goes a long way. You deserve the best. Don’t apologize for pointing out someone’s negativity.
Issues. We all have them. Those nagging, unpleasant, and annoying things that we have to deal with. Argh..doesn’t it just make you want to scream? Once they are over forget about them and “Put The Positive In The Present”.
In this episode I talk about success. What do you think is success? Success is different for every person...E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y....it's true! We are all unique and as many times as we acknowledge this we do forget that your perception of success is not my perception of success or anyone else's. So stop comparing your successes! Listen, your self-image is so important. It tells you and others how your are and is the premise (or prerequisite) to your personality, your behavior, and your circumstances. Feel great looking at the true you unfiltered!
In this episode I tell a story that happened in the late 1990's when I was working at a trade show company in marketing. Although the story itself is not pivotal or life-changing, it is a fun memory for me. This episode does have a few lessons that I learned along the way about being uncomfortable and exploring an unknown place alone. And along the way, I had a little fun searching the "Big Easy" for a man that I admire and, perhaps, had a bit of a crush on. It certainly made the trip more fun. And I learned more than I ever thought I could know about New Orleans. Just take a stroll down Bourbon Street...it's all good! Because of the explicit nature of the "Closer" video, I won't link it here. Please go to https://www.youtube.com to search for and watch the video. “Personality, that magnetic and mysterious something that is easy to recognize but difficult to define, is not so much something that is acquired from without, as it is something that is “released” from within.”
- Maxwell Maltz, Psycho-Cybernetics
On this episode I explore the inner traits, likes, and the true YOU that makes up your personality. This exercise that I have for you will give you clarity and will hone in on what you want the world to see about you.
This is so important because it makes up the activities and physical things that represent who you are and how you are seen to the outside world with the things you are doing.
And it is really wonderful that right now you can start meeting the people that can and will give you the dreams and desires you want out of life because they will be tuned in and excited to meet you, too.
You will help them and they will help you whether it be in business, friendship, meeting a partner or anything else! You will be happy and you will bring happiness to them.
I use the Jeep Wrangler culture quite a bit in this episode to illustrate my passion I have and the things I am now involved in to meet the people that have the same personality as I do.

*This is part 1 of a 2-part series. So in this episode I scratch the surface of this one unique thing that we all have. In the next episode I will expand on this.* In this episode I explore some things that you love about you and are physically, tangibly showing to the world. This brings out the best in you, and definitely shows the world who you are and what you are like...and no words need to be spoken. The car you drive, the music you listen to, you books you read, and the hobbies you have...everything hinges on showing others who you are and the personality you have.

In this episode I have a story that, perhaps, if you haven't lived the experience (and I hope you haven't) then maybe you have witnessed the uncomfortable feeling of seeing a friend or someone else being out of control in this particular way. It's definitely not fun BUT, with practice, you will learn how to turn it around almost immediately using this "one thing". No. I'm not telling you what the "one thing" is here in the show notes. You have to listen to this episode to find out.
I tip every employee that I come in contact with. Yep. I really do. It’s better to give than receive but we all know that, right? Just a reminder today. It makes the other person feel good and it makes you feel good. A win-win situation indeed.
A culture is a group of people coming together with the same interests and likes. I find the I am in a “Jeep Wrangler” culture and I love that! Find where you belong and where you will have the most fun and your good memories will last a lifetime!
Be aware of your habits but don’t change them if they are enjoyable and are aligned with your personality. And let others keep their habits, too. As long as it’s moral and doesn’t hurt anyone everything is as it should be. Rock on!
