Hear from Clare Osment from Ongoing Women's Local Support also known locally as OWLS to support women who have left refuges and are trying to rebuild their life.

Clare set up the group in 2016 after experiencing the same challenge herself.

Clare spent 10 weeks in a refuge run by Stockport without Abuse, a charity you heard from in Episode 2 of this podcast.

This is a survivor’s story, so some of the subject matter and language may not be suitable for all audiences.
