In the final episode of the first season of Stories of Resilience, we chat to the incredible Lucky Lartey about his story and sense of resilience. We also discuss wellbeing, and the connection between taking care of our wellbeing and facing whatever comes our way.

In this episode we dived deep into the resilience often displayed by women in our community, many who juggle work, parenting and other roles with an enormous set of social pressure. We talk about shifting gender roles in society, and get educated on the services offered by The Northern Centre for clients facing significant challenges including domestic and family violence and homelessness.

We don't think it's possible to have a conversation about resilience in Australia without considering the longest surviving culture on the planet - that of our first nations peoples.
