Hi lovelies, today I share my own story with mental health and illnesses. In this episode I speak about how suffering from acne affected my mental health and ultimately lead to me developing an eating disorder - anorexia nervosa. I then move on to speaking about my experience of depression and generalised anxiety disorder.

#4 Being a doctor with bipolar disorder - Sophie's story
In today's episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Sophie about her experience of mental health illnesses. We spend a lot of this episode discussing bipolar disorder to challenge the stigma associated with it.
Sophie wanted to make it clear that although she is a doctor she is not a mental health professional and the views she expressed are her own and not of the NHS or her trust.
