A discussion and review Ready Player One - book and movie combo!
BOOK
MOVIE
The year is 2044 and the real world, well, you could say it's fallen apart. Along with most of the rest of the world, teenager Wade (Parzival) Watts spends most of his time in the OASIS - the virtual world that has taken the place of the misery found in the real world as society has collapsed. But when Wade finds the long sought first clue to a hidden game of easter eggs planted in the OASIS by its creator, he's thrust into a dangerous plot with stakes literally holding the real world in the balance. Will this nostalgia fueled dystopian story deliver on the adventure goods or will it fall flat - like the comeback of zubaz?

A SPOILER FREE review of Babylon
Is this film the love letter to classic Hollywood it wants to be or is it nothing more than bloated and debaucherous drivel? With an all star cast featuring Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, and Diego Calva will the starpower of the actors, a killer soundtrack and beautiful cinematography save what some are dubbing a 3 hour bloat-fest?
