An epic feeling fantasy series with bad-ass warrior priestess main characters, a fantastic magic system, mortal gods, and adventure vibes straight from the likes of games like Skyrim. With a norse-inspired feel, it's a modern feeling successor to the wonderful worlds of Shannara from Terry Brooks that will suck you in and have you cheering for Hessa and Thray as they fight for family and their lands against gods and evil hell bent on taking the world for themselves.

A discussion and review Ready Player One - book and movie combo!
BOOK

MOVIE

The year is 2044 and the real world, well, you could say it's fallen apart. Along with most of the rest of the world, teenager Wade (Parzival) Watts spends most of his time in the OASIS - the virtual world that has taken the place of the misery found in the real world as society has collapsed. But when Wade finds the long sought first clue to a hidden game of easter eggs planted in the OASIS by its creator, he's thrust into a dangerous plot with stakes literally holding the real world in the balance. Will this nostalgia fueled dystopian story deliver on the adventure goods or will it fall flat - like the comeback of zubaz?

{Book} A Classic Horror Double Feature

Travel back in time with me, first to 1980 and a book by Robert McCammon featuring a sunken submarine full of Nazi Zombies that has risen once again to unleash hell on a small Caribbean community! From there we'll dial it back even further to 1959 and a book by Shirley Jackson often regarded as the godmother of the "haunted house" story with plenty of psychological horror to leave you questioning everything by the end!

Is this film the love letter to classic Hollywood it wants to be or is it nothing more than bloated and debaucherous drivel? {Seeker Society} Weird : The Al Yankovic Story

WARNING - THIS EPISODE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THIS MOVIE!

A discussion and review of Weird : The Al Yankovic Story

Weird Al Yankovic, arguably the greatest musician of our time, has FINALLY released his totally true, completely unexaggerated documentary for the world to see the REAL story behind one of music's most important minds. Buckle up kids, it's a wild ride as I'm joined by two VERY special guests, my best friends, my podcast brothers, Jason and Adam. Much like Weird Al, we three formed arguably the GREATEST podcasting trio of all time and for your ears only, we have the band back together to talk movies!
