Todd Ward is the president and founder of bSci21Media, LLC, Founder of Divergent Startups, and previous guest associate editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). His extensive experiences span across working with individuals with autism, using Relational Frame Theory to teach trigonometry, team problem solving, helping others start their own businesses, and using OBM to support employee experience. He talks wit us today about his experiences and his advice for those behavior analysts who want to work in fields beyond autism and other developmental disabilities.
