Florida State continues its brutal stretch heading to Durham to play the sixth-ranked Blue Devils. Brett and Ariya traveled to Winston Salem to watch the Seminoles fall in a tough, hard-fought series at No. 12 Wake Forest. The guys give their thoughts on why FSU couldn't finish against the Demon Deacons, the effects of injuries on the pitching staff, and the potent offensive lineup. They also discuss the difficult stretch of games the team is in that could define the season and reasons for optimism.

Brett and Ariya return to break down FSU's perfect weekend against Miami, talking the sweep of the Canes. The guys discuss key moments, the bullpen's impressive response, and the heated nature of the rivalry. Florida State took two of three at Boston College, winning a rubber match on Sunday with an offensive outbreak late in the game. The offense was led by veteran leaders James Tibbs and Jaime Ferrer. Jamie Arnold turned in another strong performance to lead the pitching staff. Brett and Ariya recap the series and look ahead to FSU's midweek game with the Gators as they look to sweep UF for the first time since 2002.

The Seminoles began their first and only five-game week with wins over Jacksonville and Bethune-Cookman at Dick Howser Stadium. Florida State baseball begins the 2023 season on Friday against James Madison. In this episode, Brett breaks down the Dukes with key returners and departures from last season. He also talks about FSU's potential opening-day lineup and gives a couple more quick thoughts on the weekend rotation. 

Brett broke the news on Wednesday that Florida State will begin the season with a rotation of Carson Montgomery (Friday), Jackson Baumeister (Saturday), and Jamie Arnold (Sunday). He gives a quick rotation breakdown with added thoughts on Wyatt Crowell and Conner Whittaker.
