Surviving The Trauma

By Natalie Nazer Cosby

Surviving The Trauma is a podcast where survivors of sexual trauma get together and discuss their experiences with healing in order to bring light, love, and tools of healing to those struggling with the darkness that healing from sexual trauma can bring. We attempt to aim content away from descriptions of our traumatic experiences, but please always listen with discretion and take care of yourself however you need to while listening. Call RAINN’s national sexual assault hotline if you need direct and immediate support at 800-656-HOPE (4673).
