Inspired by the recent FX series, Capote vs the swans, that is so successfully trending currently, I am discussing here the topic of inner-circles and social exclusions. Is is right, is it toxic? Is it discriminating? I, for one, am a believer of the necessity of inner-circles by limiting our interactions with very few, trust-worthy, time-tested and high-quality individuals as a form of self protection and self love. Life is very complicated and we have to use boundaries and limit our interactions and trust in order to protect ourselves and allow the right people in. In my opinion it is OK to have an inner circle, the very few friends or family that you call your tribe. It’s not about discrimination, exclusions or toxicity. It’s about the right human connections where by having the right people in your life you survive and thrive towards a more elevated/spiritually higher existence. - Susanna

Retro styles and attitudes are currently trending. From fashion, to cinema, to tv, to fashion shows for winter 2024… to home decor even… this 195O’s, 6O’s, 70’s etc…aesthetic is influencing/inspiring our society. I am not the only one loving the current FX series Capote vs The Swans where the glamorous NYC socialites were dressed to perfection and influencing everyone to obsession. The retro look is trending my darlings… even furs and smoking… and the rich housewife appeal… glamour is back… even on the NYC runway for fall ‘24. Apparently, models were glamorizing cigarette smoking again…

Inspired by the current FX series, Feud: Truman Capote and the swans, I am a sharing with you my darlings, some lessons that we can all learn and extract from this contemporary, modern-day drama. It is dramatic, it has to do with ugly human relationships involving human suffering, betrayal, disconnect, and ugliness…pain and suffering…How can we learn from this experience watching this dramatic story (which is real by the way), and elevate ourselves and become closer to the Divine and closer to a more elegant existence?

I am discussing here the famous story of a writer/celebrity/socialite/ society influencer of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s who was part of the NYC elite, and although he is no longer alive, his story is still interesting and captivating. True story! the story of the famous and infamous American author Truman, Capote, (Breakfast at Tiffany’s) and the swans of NYC. Who were the swans? They were the most famous socialites and beautiful style trendsetters of NYC of the 50s 60s and 70s. These women, married to the most influential men, were very glamorous and ultra rich, with beautiful style and beautiful aesthetics were the most prominent social taste-makers. To be extremely chic and glamorous was their main purpose in life as well as to be a greatest asset to their very affluent and powerful husbands. They were considered to be a “trophy” and they were spoiled with high-maintenance and very expensive tastes. There was definitely a lot of excitement and influence back then…their style and influence is still inspiring us today. During these times, here was also a very famous scandal. I’m gonna be speaking all about that here and on the next few episodes because I find this topic, this scandal… these stylish influencers and socialites extremely fascinating… after all… I love fashion. This is the power of wealth and great style my darlings… it’s magnetic… True story! -Susanna

It’s trending - the mob wife aesthetic! Its glamorous…the look of the mythical mob wife with the bold attitude, and the bold style has made its formal come back! She’s unapologetically bold, she’s strong, she’s resilient. She’s somehow fashionable and definitely noticeable. What makes the aesthetic coined a “mob wife aesthetic?” Here, I am describing, the look and details, ex. the style of the hair, the make-up, the nails, the heels, the bold jewelry and the fur coat, the leopard prints etc, that are some of the style tools used to create this aesthetic. Check it out. It’s all-over the social media platforms. It’s entertaining. This is the look - let me know your thoughts. Do you think this is a classic, wearable and functional? Do you think you’ll wear it? Is it you? Do you think it’s going to catch up and become more noticeable/main-stream? or, do you think that it is only a fad and next month something else is going to start trending and instantly replace this aesthetic? As I mentioned in the previous podcast, the Christmas cracker is a traditional British Christmas tradition and it is meant to create joy, great holiday laughter and high vibrations at the Christmas dinner celebrations. What an amazing idea that I am adopting officially this season and I’m planning to make it one of my own family traditions. The 2023 Christmas Holiday season is officially here, and here I go - doing what I love to do best: shopping! As much as I love to shop for myself, I like to shop for other. Giving meaningful gifts, is such a loving gesture… we give gifts sometimes in order show without word what we feel for our loved ones… I received (and gifted) so many gifts in my life and I am eternally grateful. By accepting the gifts gracefully, we tell our hearts we are full of love, attention, thoughtfulness, kindness… etc… and in turn we are sharing! How can we give if our heats are not full … This is why in our western society we live to celebrate Christmas so much. Christianity has tought us to love and have an open heart… to share… the love. Gifting is an act of love …do share by giving meaning gifts! Express yourself with the aid of a physical gift… it speaks volumes! xxxSusanna

From a personal perspective, I’m giving you some of the ways I handle my my nutritional imbalances, my food sensitivities and energetic sensitivities and how I take good care of my self. Here, I’m going to tell you my thoughts about the worlds most luxurious bags how to wear them these days - how the cool girls are wearing the bags, and, a little bit of the story about the the manufacturer ( of the Kelly and the Birkin bags ). We all have been there. Certain friendships really crossed certain lines (due to our lack of clear boundaries) and turned out to be disappointing and hurtful. Strong and defined bounties are a must when it comes to dealing with friends and people in general in order for us to have easier, happier and more fulfilling relationships. Here, I am providing you with some examples of my own expectations when it comes to my relationships with friends and what I do and do not accept. Believe me, it took a lot of pain, disappointments and suffering to get to this point of clear boundaries and friendship rules. Overcoming challenges during these very trying and depressing, full of uncertainty and anxiety times is the main theme of this episode. Although I watched all of the runway collections from NYFW S2024 my most favorites are 4: Coach, Ralph Lauren, Kaite and Dion Lee. In my opinion, they all had the ‘Wow factor’ and they were very exciting! There were of course bits and pieces in other collections that I liked, but overall, I am only talking about my absolute entire collection favorites. xxxSusanna

In this episode I’m going to discuss with you ways you can design your most ideal summer season. Yes, summer here and it’s really up to us to attract the best experiences by being the best version of us - our vibrations matter! How we interpret our past experiences and how we label ourselves matter as well. By focusing on “that ideal summer” we design it by having ideal self labels, ideal attitudes and beliefs. We decide what and who (in our lives) we keep going forward. We toss aside anything outdated and energy blocking and this is where we have the control of making the right choices and decisions and eventually actions. We chose the beliefs and attitudes that are helping us and we vibrate and attract the summer of our expectations. Taking responsibility and doing the work is the key. Happy Summer!! xxxSusanna

How do we upgrade ourselves and we become the 2.0 version of us? We all need an upgrade and uplift in order to uplevel and attain our goals… which ideally are to become closer to the divine. We all need infusion with energy and we must make sure we give it to ourselves. Sometimes this much desired energy comes from our environment and things, places, people that we choose to surround ourselves with… for example, our cities. While enjoying some recent events in Manhattan, New York City recently, I felt its uplifting. 2.0 vibration and that furled, energised and inspired me to create this episode. New York City, as I am feeling it, has upgraded and there is a 2.0 version - a new, more energised version! I love the new exciting events, from Tiffany’s reopening, to the Met Gala 2023! The style quite luxury or stealth wealth is really trending these days… or was it always there for those who appreciate quite luxury and the classical, refined, understated style? Inspired by a recent courtroom appearance by famed Hollywood actress, major style icon and huge entrepreneur as well, Gwyneth Partlow I have decided to spend some time on this subject because so many other people did and it is relevant to me and I identify with this style these days… I’m describing here the definition of quite luxury and spending time as well describing some of the looks that inspired me by style icon (and I don’t give this tittle to anyone easily) Gwyneth Parlow.
