S1:E1 - Lockdown - Reframing the challenge as an opportunity. A discussion with Ben Higson, Swim Ireland Performance Coach

With so many athletes, parents and coaches facing difficult times due to the currently global situation, we have set up a podcast to help share stories and guidance that we hope will help everyone feel more optimistic. We aim to share resources, ideas and stories on a whole range of areas, covering psychology, nutrition, land work as well as many other themes.

Our first discussion will be with performance coach Ben Higson, who this week put out a great article on how we can reframe this situation so many of us find ourselves in. The article discussed can be found here: https://www.swimireland.ie/news/ben-higson-see-this-as-an-opportunity
