This is the first part of the Night King series. It might also end up being know as Knight King. The two terms will be switched back and forth a lot. The timeline is a little odd. I will be adding it to the website on Monday. So yeah. I hope you like it, I have been thinking about this world for a long time.

This is part 1 of what will hopefully be a 52 part series. My goal is to upload a new short story and probably another book here ever week. I currently have 4 more stories written so I am good at least until February. And the SunRise audio book is coming along well. So that is an additional 8ish weeks. So yeah! The SkyHeart and crew go to the city of Genoa where they find the woman Susan, who has lost her son. They take Susan with them as they travel towards the mysterious Dark Hold and find it. This is part 5 to last weeks story. This is because this is an entire novel. A very brief recap of last weeks episode, so spoilers right now. Liam is found on board the SkyHeart and gets what he always wanted. He is welcomed into the crew. The SkyHeart goes to the island of Northern Tier, one of the ground cities. Once their, early in the morning, barges filled with Hounds hit the shore and began to attack the island. John see's an airship and he thinks it is responsible, so him and the crew board the ship.

A bit of a throw back story to when I first started writing short stories. This one was aimed at having a clear message kinda like a kids show. It was a fun experiment in the power of repetition. I also wrote it when I really started noticing that I did what this character does. Just constantly chasing the next thing in a vain hope it will make me happy.

A man mentally destroyed by things out of his control flees to his grand fathers cabin to hide from the actions he is ashamed of. Well there, he encounters a bear.

A man is trying to live his life, but a mysterious figure keeps following him everywhere he goes. From his walks late at night, to work, and even the mans own home. Who is this mysterious thing, and why does he want to know what love is?

A woman who has lived lifetimes on end returns to the empty hills of Rome. She finds something unexpected, a civilization unlike the world had ever has ever seen. She wanders as time fades around her.

This story was written right before Easter, so I am just a tad late in posting it here. 

This is the first short story I will be publishing here. It is the story of a man who feels like he does not belong in his society and so builds an illegal rocket to escape and return back to the forbidden planet of Earth. 

Hello, this is an introduction ta da 'Mind ta Paper' podcast. I am from the north, where 'to' is pronounced 'ta', which is why the title of the podcast is 'Mind ta Paper.' Clever dontcha think so? Any how, I am writer, I have written and published one book, aviable on Amazon and Apple Books under the name 'SkyHeart.' The second book in the series is coming out soon as well. However in addition to the books, I also write short stories. I have been struggling to find an effective way to share them and a podcast seems like an excellent way.
