Anxiety Relief Meditation (Short)
Hello everyone, this been has been very busy for me, deadlines piling up and everything. I needed to reset multiple times a day through short meditation sessions so I have created one for everyone to enjoy! The Pensive series will be coming back with a back to back episode next week. The magic does not stop but I did not have the opportunity to record and due to my love for these books I want to give these episodes justice.
Anger Management (How to better deal with anger in your life)
