Daily Lives Ep3 : The Wellness Centre
Since the onset of the pandemic, terms like mental health and wellness have been thrown around a lot, for reasons that are obvious to all.  In this episode of the Daily Lives Series, we catch hold of two Clinical Psychologists of the Wellness Centre, IITM and engage in a meaningful conversation with them about the types of issues they often see within the student community, how they deal with it, how we should look at the brighter side of things in life.  We also get an insight into the well structured mental health help system IITM has set up and how many students can take advantage of it.
