What I learned from my first year...

As I am sure most of you know, there is A LOT that is learned in your first year of teaching. In this episode I will discuss what I learned my first year of teaching, and my greatest takeaways. I want fellow teachers to know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, and sometimes our toughest years are the ones you grow the most from. I get a little personal, and give my honest thoughts, downfalls and failures.
