Talitha Tulloch's Travels

By Talitha Tulloch
Hi there! My name is Talitha Tulloch and I'm from the northwest of England. I started this blog years ago but I've only just really started to take an interest in it. I recently discovered the world of podcasts and decided to turn my blog posts into podcasts! The quality of the sound isn't that great at the moment but it will get better with time. Chocolate Cookies
These cookies are very moreish and you can never just stop at one. Sadly they are not vegan but they are vegetarian friendly. This podcast is just an audio reading for those who find it better to listen rather than read. Nature and Us: Shark Fin Soup
Shark Fin Soup is a traditional soup that is part of Chinese cuisine. The shark fins provide texture and then the taste comes from the other soup ingredients. It is most commonly served at special occasions such as weddings and banquets, or as a luxury item. In this podcast, I talk about it more.  This episode is also available as a blog post: http://talithastravels.com/2021/07/23/nature-and-us-shark-fin-soup/ Send in voice messages here: https://anchor.fm/talitha-tulloch/message

Bacon, Brie and Cranberry sauce Palmiers
(Made for those who prefer to listen to things instead of reading them.) I made these when lockdown rules had just been updated in the UK. It meant from then on, we could have 6 people in our garden. Having people round for association means a perfect opportunity to get baking! Shout out to Delicious Table who gave me this idea with their recipe.
