Author John Taylor With Your Host Wayne Clark
Born in Ely (1944) dragged up in Littleport with two sisters. Difficult times as a child. A defining moment aged 9, I looked around and thought "there must be something better." A major daydreamer at school, I wanted adventure and found it in Scouting to become a Queens Scout. Later apprenticed as a design draughtsman, after 2 years of being qualified I decided it was not for me, could not earn enough and no great stimulation. Hobbies, fishing, rally driving, rock climbing and mountaineering. Went into sales with a US Multinational Co., life got much better, salary, commission and a car.  Realised it was a numbers game and saw more customers than anyone else, became the top salesman in the UK and Europe. Was noticed and climbed through the ranks, asked to assist other group companies into profit through increased income. Lived in Switzerland, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, worked in 20 countries. Became Managing Director of PNG and NZ Co's, retired at 54, (the first time). Later became a business consultant and then a Director of a Telecommunications company in Sydney, later owned and ran a restaurant. Married to my sweetheart Elisabeth 46 years, we met in Amsterdam.  Started writing training and instruction manuals while formally employed. In Australia I wrote magazine articles and a regular news paper piece about fishing, was also a regular on local radio. Loved the Outback. As an exercise to learn Microsoft Word I wrote verses about growing up in The Fens of East Anglia immediately after WW2, I was persuaded to send them to a publisher, "Raising Fen Tigers" was the result. This success, the storeys of people I met motivated me to write "I Will Find You." (See magazine article already provided). I currently live in Folkestone, have dual UK/Australian citizenship and intend to return to Aus. to live permanently.  Book Publishing Store: I Will Find You YouTube: Author John Taylor Amazon Book: I will Find You If you have a story to share then please head over to our website at Talk about it Friday

Hanne Holton, Author and Writer, With Your Host Wayne Clark And Nicole Glozier.
I grew up in Denmark but lived and worked in London for fifteen years. A few years ago I left the UK for Germany, where I currently stay. I‘ve worked in all wakes of life, starting in the Copenhagen Airport. In London, I took on Pizza Hut — as well as The Danish Embassy as a cook. I’ve designed costumes for several productions at a Children’s Opera and managed more than one chamber music group. After graduating as an opera singer, I alternatively performed, gave concerts and taught people to sing. This gave me a keen eye for details, as has travelling and living abroad. My reading habits are both inspiring and educational. I keep up writing diaries, poetry and other observations, all of which motivated me to write a full-scale novel. My family history presented the setting and influenced the story-line of my debut, Snares and Delusions.  Connect with Hanne  @HoltonHm Do you have a story to share that will inspire others?  Kyle is an avid outdoors man who enjoys running, scuba diving and a good book. Kyle Canon is the pen name he uses when writing erotic fiction and is also that of the main character in the series 'The Photographer's Story'. He travels North America with his wife, where they are at home roughing it, while hiking backwoods country, or soaking up the sun on a beautiful beach, drinks in hand and bathing suits in the beach bag. Interviewing Iris Chacon, Author and Writer
won my first writing competition at 13, began freelance writing part-time in my thirties -- with a concentration on screenplays and video documentary scripts -- and published the first of six romantic mystery novels upon retirement from teaching. I have taught English, speech, drama, creative writing, and writing for the media for students 5th grade (about age 11) through college. I have also done some editing for other writers, but that's not as much fun as making up stories, so I only edit for very special friends. My schtick is my passion for entertainment that is exciting, stimulating, and amusing without offensive material. My books are humorous and full of romance and suspense, and are enjoyed by readers from middle school age through Medicare age. I'm fond of the quote from Michael Medved, film critic, who said, "Nobody ever came out of a movie saying, 'It was good, but they just didn't use the F word enough.' "  With a few days' notice, I can put together some talking points on any writing-related topic you like. If you have sample questions, I would love to prepare amusing and edifying responses for your listeners. I can speak from experience about self-publishing, and I have also had experience with landing an agent and submitting to studios and publishers. Interviewing Bernard Jan Author And Writer With Your Host Wayne Clark
"There is no greater joy than to share what you love with those who appreciate it." - Bernard Jan Bernard Jan is a pen name of an author - a novelist and a poet - from Croatia. As an indie author, he has published two books in English to this day: A World Without Color, a moving and honest novella about the last three days he spent with his cat, and the gentle story that sheds light on the plight of baby seals in Canada hunted for their fur Look for Me Under the Rainbow. He has written his first books at the beginning of war in Croatia in 1991, amidst the air alerts and illusory attempts when he wanted to believe and think life is normal, that everything is alright with the world. In Croatian he has published five novels, two novellas, one book of poems and an essay, along with several articles. His passion for entertainment resulted in his becoming a partner of Tom's Music Place established in 2009 by his friend Thomas Carley Jr. with the goal to respect the music. His need to help others came to the fore during his volunteering years: first in advocating for environmental protection, and then his volunteering, activism, work and advocacy for animal rights to the present day. He did some volunteering for the refugees, too, because suffering does not know about the borders and when it comes within your reach, in your yard, you simply have to do something. As part of his animal advocacy activities, it has been a great honor and pleasure for him to translate Eternal Treblinka: Our Treatment of Animals and the Holocaust by Charles Patterson into Croatian language. Interviewing Author Andrew Wilkes With Your Host Wayne Clark
Who am I? It’s a reasonable question! I am a happily married man, I have three brilliant children and an adopted daughter. I also have Autism, I wasn’t diagnosed with it until I was in my mid-thirties. The Autism has been a little bit of a stumbling block, prior to being diagnosed I was medicated for something else and that made journeying into the world even harder. I mentioned I was married, I am, to a wonderful woman called Emma! Without her I wouldn’t be the man I am today, and I certainly would not have my children. Emma has helped me through a great deal of woes, from depression to severe panic attacks that have left me physically unable to move... What I do? I spend a fair bit of my time doting on my family. I think for all of us, our children are the reason we get up in the morning - the other I do is write. Expectations is the first book I have written by myself, the book isn’t a huge, being around 67k words it’s just smaller than average. The story is set in a medieval world that is quickly becoming an industrial one and as a reader you get to experience that from the protagonists point of view. Sal is a woodcarver by trade and uses that to finance her travel around her kingdom, for the most part her interactions are civil, but they can turn bad... Explicit sex is in the book and graphic murder. I won’t go into detail because I think it’s better that a reader breath the world a writer wrote, but I will say it is not for the faint of heart! If anyone has a question, please do ask; I’ll be more than happy to answer. You can find me on most social media platform. Loraine Conn with your host Wayne Clark
L.C. Conn grew up on the outskirts of Upper Hutt, New Zealand. Her backyard encompassed the surrounding farmland, river, hills and mountains which she wandered with her brothers and fed her imagination. After discovering a love for writing in English class at the age of eight, she continued to write in secret. It was not until much later in life that L.C. turned what she thought was a hobby and something fun to do, into her first completed novel. Now married, L.C. moved from New Zealand to Perth, Western Australia, and became a stay at home mum. While caring for her family and after battling breast cancer, a story was born from the kernel of a dream. The first book of The One True Child Series was begun, and just kept blooming into seven completed stories.  #Talkaboutitfriday
