We discuss... Social Media
Many greetings and welcome to the second episode!
In this one, we talk about the elephant in the room...quite frankly the elephant in all rooms - social media. We touch on our own social media usage and the reasons for that, what we might gain, what issues we might face and all other things social media. Well not all things, that's a podcast no one has the time to record. We try and talk about how social media influences the way we perceive ourselves and people around us.
We look forward to speaking both to you and with you, as we highly encourage anyone to reach out to us!

Talk It Like A Man - Introductions
"Talk it like a man" is a podcast co-created by Coventry University's Students Union and three people who seem to have way to much free time on their hands.
Those people are Sam, CUSU's Sport and Wellbeing officer, Josh, the HLS faculty officer and Hristo, the president of men's basketball.
We decided to start this podcast centred around mental health from a man's perspective , since we wanted to shed some more light on issues that have, for one reason or another, been swept under the rug and disregarded from a large amount of people.
This podcast is not meant to replace the services available to support people who struggle with mental health issues, but rather to spark a discussion around things that are not commonly discussed. We are by no means qualified to give out any sort of advice regarding mental health, however, as we've seen numerous times, being unqualified to talk about a subject has never stopped anyone from doing so.
We look forward to speaking both to you and with you, as we highly encourage anyone to reach out to us!
