I got 3 kids and college is expensive. I might just barrow a plan from a HIGHLEY paid dentist. Dentist and father of two send at least one of his kids to a community college and he paid ZERO dollars. Something to think about with the cost of college these days.

Paying of debt and reducing expenses has been one of the BEST decisions of my life! I call it the tax-free raise. If your job gives your a 5% raise, Uncle Sam will be right there waiting for his cut. If you pay off a debt that extra money is 100% your and Uncle Sam gets NOTING. This is the power of a debt snow ball you are systematically giving yourself a raise!

Spring is in the air :) March quarterly dividends are being paid out this month. As I am in the wealth-building phase right now ALL DIVIDENDS are being REINVESTED. With that being said the ROTH IRA is an amazing retirement/wealth-building tool. We must take advantage! If you are 40 and have earned income (that does not exceed the ROTH IRA income limits) what could that Roth IRA turn into when you are consistent and investing for the long term.

Who is the GOAT? I'm not sure but when it comes to investing and building wealth Mr. Earl has to be in the conversation. Mr. Earl was born with dyslexia but still managed to stay a lifelong learner. He mastered how to make his money work for him in the stock market. Mr. Earl built a stock portfolio worth more than $500,000 and has a paid off house. Recently Jay Z sold 50% of his liquor company to LVMH a publicly traded company based out of Paris, France. Not only did I become a co-owner (in a very small way) but I also picked up owner ship in Nestle and more. The VIGI ETF also pays a quarterly dividend. Ever heard of Hennessy, the parent company of Henny is LVMH. This was a great addition to my growing portfolio.
