Numerology: Part Two - Six through Ten
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘Cast… We’re wrapping up our two part series exploring the intersections of Numerology and Tarot, with a closer look at the cards numbered six through ten. We discuss both Tarot and Numerology based themes and energies for each number family, and outline a few ways in which those energies might show up in our everyday lives. As usual, we take a few detours, but one in particular was very informative. We have to thank our listener @braids_buns_and_ballcaps for sending us such juicy info on the bird in the 9 of Pentacles. There’s so much more to our beloved Iris Mercury than we once thought! There’s about 30 minutes of bonus material from before we recorded and some outtakes while we were in session. If you wanna hear it, and get early access to every episode we release, head to our Patreon - link in bio - to learn how! Numerology: Part One - Ace through Five
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘Cast… We’re taking a closer look at the numbers in the Tarot. We’ll be chatting about numerology and its connections with the cards, as well as what are often called the Number Families within the deck. This is the first episode in a two-part series, and today our focus is on cards Ace (or One) through Five. We take a couple of detours along the way to talk about the depictions of The Emperor and The Hierophant, plus we share some important Coven-related news at the top of the episode. As we move through the cards, keep in mind that the first set of keywords are always more Tarot focused, while the second set are based in numerology. There’s about 30 minutes of bonus material from before and after we recorded this episode, which includes a hilarious “dress rehearsal” for our new promo. Wanna hear it? Head to our Patreon Page to learn how! Let Your Freak Flag Fly with @outsidertarot (Bobby Abate)
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘Cast… We’re joined by the brilliant Bobby Abate, a queer artist, filmmaker, activist, esotericist, and creator of the Outsider Tarot deck! Bobby shared so much magick with us during this chat - everything from his history with Tarot and witchcraft, to his process in making the deck, and a whole lot of fascinating stories in between. It’s very clear just how much love and care went into the creation of the Outsider Tarot. Patreon Sneak Peek
Hey Lovely Listeners!  Today we're offering a quick sneak peek at one of our Patreon Exclusive Perks: Behind-The-Scenes Bundles. When our Patreon launches on March 1st, all of our tiers will have access to BTS conversations with the Coven, and today you’re getting a taste of what that means. Tune into to hear some of our pre and post show chatter, from an episode we recorded the other night with Bobby from @outsidertarot ! These clips are the kind of thing we usually leave on the cutting room floor - even though they're usually a lot of fun - because the content just doesn’t fit into a regular episode. But now, our Patrons will be getting exclusive access to these clips from every episode. And, yes, the audio isn’t what you can expect from completed episodes, but we think that just adds to the behind-the-scenes vibes. Enjoy this sneak peek and mark your calendars for the Patreon launch on March 1st!

Tending The Inner Garden: The Pentacles
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘Cast...we’re wrapping up our journey through the suits of the Tarot. The Symbols
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘cast, we’re talking all about symbols in the Tarot. This is such a broad topic and there’s no way we could cover all of the symbols in just one episode, so it’s a conversation we’ll be coming back to in the future for sure. For now, we dish on some basics about how what’s behind the symbols can be viewed both objectively and subjectively, how to incorporate symbols into your readings, and why it’s good to be aware of repeating symbols. Then, we dive into an exploration of six symbols – lizards, mountains, the Moon, white roses, bodies of water, and stars. Since Jessie wasn't able to join us this time around, she answered the show's opening listener question over on our Instagram page - link below! Thanks for listening and keep making magic! The Shadow
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘cast, we’re talking all about Impostor Syndrome and shadow work. We offer some insight into what these topics are, how they’ve affected us personally, and how we can use Tarot and other resources to help us navigate these things. Plus, Jechanovia’s cat makes a special appearance and lightens the mood for us! Seriously, though, shadow work – or whatever you might want to call it – is particularly important right now. We need to be addressing the parts of ourselves that we maybe don’t want to admit exist; the parts we’d prefer to ignore because it makes life easier. This is a necessary step in becoming better allies for our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and families. We need to get out of our own heads, and stop letting fear get in the way of speaking up or taking a stand. As we mention in the show, our podcast and advice, and Tarot itself, are not a substitute for therapy or seeking professional help with your mental health. Below, we’ve got some links to free mental health resources, for you or anyone in need! Thanks for listening and keep making magic! The Sweet Cards
On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘cast, we’re talking all about the sweet cards of the Tarot. You know, those cards that give you the warm and fuzzies; the ones you can’t help but smile at whenever they pop up. First we chat about a few of our own fave sweet cards, then we explore how to read a sweet card when it comes up in a challenging spread position, and then we offer up some suggestions on how to work with the energy of these cards anytime we want - no need to wait until they come up in a reading.   The book Jasmin refers to when discussing the Eight of Cups, and how it has a bit of The Fool energy, isn't a book after all! It's something she learned while taking Lindsay Mack's course, Tarot for the Wild Soul.   Thanks for listening and keep making magic! The Sticky Cards
On this week’s episode we're talking all about what we like to call the sticky, spiky cards of the Tarot. You know the ones, they just get under your skin whenever they come up in a reading. Some of our personal picks for these cards may surprise you – hint: none of us picked Death or The Tower! It’s definitely a subjective topic. Everyone will have their own idea of what makes a card prickly, but we hope our conversation can still provide you with some useful insight on how to work through the discomfort these cards can provoke!  Thanks for listening and keep making magic!
