Today we bring in PGA Tour Caddie, Matthew Olsen to the program. We’ll talk to him about his own story, how he’s had to not only battle through adversity to make it onto the tour, but now once in the groove of his career transition to Caddying, how he’s able to survive the up and down nature of PGA Tour golf. We’ll also ask him for insights into what goes on behind the scenes in big-time PGA Tour golf, how pro golfers prepare, what keeps them encouraged, and how they stay mentally tough through all the peaks and valleys tour life brings.

We'll all take away some applicable encouragement for our own ups and downs at work and at home.

Serena demanded an apology from the umpire and rules officials. We all owe her a big thank you. While I’m proud of her for sticking up for and being passionate about woman’s rights, I won’t go there. I do want to thank Serena for showing us and reminding us all how important grace and gracefulness is in our lives at work and even at home. In this episode we breakdown the Serena Williams U.S. Open must see tv from this past Saturday and what we can take away. I’ve had this episode and topic of Grace on my mind for months, maybe years. So, as I watched the Serena “episode” unfold, I felt now would be a great time to share these ideas.
