Cultivating Your Team's Culture with Zoran Stojković

We have all heard it on broadcasts, "They have such a strong team culture" or "What a championship culture they have." On the flipside, we have also heard quotes about toxic culture, and how that has made teams crumble. In saying this, I have just the guest for you. Joining me is Zoran Stojković (3:08), Founder and Mental Performance Consultant of Kizo Performance. Zoran is passionate about helping form effective team cultures in both sport and business, using evidence-based strategies and methods. His passion for team culture also led him to starting an entire podcast about it, called Cultivate Your Culture.
