In Part 3 of The Rebecca Zahau Case, I try to rationalize how and why Rebecca would have committed sucide. The Zahau family disagrees with the sucide theory and brings a civil case against Adam Shacknai to prove that her death was a murder. Part two of the Rebecca Zahau case explains how Rebecca was found bound and hanging in the courtyard of Spreckles Mansion. At first impressions this crime scene is very odd and looks like an apparent homicide. Upon closer investigation all evidence points to Rebecca being the only DnA present at the crime scene. The Sheriffs Department seems convinced this was a sucidal hanging, but could Rebecca really have done this to herself? And why?

Rebecca Zahau was the girlfriend of a wealthy man who's son was just in a tragic accident. Rebecca goes to bed the night of July 12th, 2011, but by the next morning, she would be dead. Adam Shacknai awakes the next morning and finds Rebecca naked, bound, and hanging from the balcony in the outside courtyard. Did she jump of the balcony in guilt of what happened to little max?
