Ep. 18 - AWS Re:Invent Recap with Sunil Tailor and Neal Makh

AWS Re:Invent is a week long event which is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Las Vegas. 2021 was the first time the event has been live in 2 years and it brought a whole host of great talking points. AWS re:Invent is a learning conference hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the global cloud computing community. The in person event features keynote announcements, training and certification opportunities, access to 1,500+ technical sessions, the Expo, after-hours events, and so much more. With a new CEO at the helm it was a great time to see everything new and updates to the company. ECS send some lucky consultants along to enjoy the ride and this year it was Neal Makh who attended on the AWS grant, and Sunil Tailor who is an AWS veteran.

The launch of AWS Amplify Studio, a new visual development environment that allows developers to create web application user interfaces (UIs) with minimal coding, while still being able to fully customise the apps’ design and behaviour using familiar programming languages such as JavaScript.
