We talk about a private club with elites that is not always open to everyone. An industry that forced Sophy to play a game in a different, more conforming character in order to please them who often never saw her perspective in building businesses. A game with unequal players on an uneven platform where she had to accept that it's stacked up against her. It's time to get real and not play in the facade and simply get down to why you started in the first place, to build a business and run the company your customers expect, not what the investors expect.
