#008 - INNOVATIVE KOREA (Program) with Samer Samhoun

#008 - INNOVATIVE KOREA (Program) with Samer Samhoun

INNOVATIVE KOREA is a program with an ambition to help all foreigners to start a business in Korea.

Run by Samer Samhoun and Nihat Kahlilzade, 2 'ex-foreigners' now holding Korean passports, INNOVATIVE KOREA is open to all foreigners with a valid visa in Korea.

The program offers multiple perks, the biggest one being, for the winner of the final pitch contest, to receive a valid startup visa

In this episode, Samer tells us everything we need to know about this program, but also why he and his co-founder decided to launch the program, and how the Korea government is supporting them.

We also talk about visas, about the challenges and opportunities of doing business in Korea, and about getting the Korean citizenship.
