AI: All In
AI and copywriting with Fresh Perspective's Rachel Sparacio-Foster
You'll have heard all about ChatGPT and OpenAI by now. Some will have you think it's all over. But this is just the beginning.
I had a fantastic chat with my good friend Rachel to see what it's like working with the algorithm as one of Canada's finest copywriters.
We asked AI to give you a summary of what's upcoming. Here's what she said:
"This is the place to begin your grand tour of AI for copywriting and content creation.
The speakers discuss the benefits and limitations of AI-generated content, as well as the importance of prompt engineering and ethics in AI development. They also touch on the potential for AI to simulate human voices for nefarious purposes.
The conversation touches on the different ways AI can be used for generating content, such as subject line formulas and audience research. The speakers also discuss the importance of testing and research, as well as the potential for AI to improve the authenticity and accuracy of copy.
However, the conversation also highlights concerns about the ethics of AI development, specifically the potential for AI to be used for malicious purposes such as phone scams. The speakers stress the importance of considering these ethical concerns and taking steps to regulate AI development.
Overall, the conversation provides insights into the potential benefits and challenges of using AI for copywriting and content creation, as well as the need for responsible AI development."
Couldn't have put it better myself. Do enjoy!

Hamboner over Allison Robicelli's The Edible Erotic Adventures of Esmerelda Poppingcorn
Who doesn't want their newsletters dripping with juicy ham and moist misadventures?
Esmerelda's debauched chronicles are the latest in a long line of literary lasciviousness but the very first fodder of this genre from this master baker turned goddess of girded loins.
Allison's got a winner on her hands with The Edible Erotic Adventures of Esmerelda Poppingcorn and you can - SHOULD - read it now.

You'll never hear a worse rendition of Russian accents so tuck in for a quarter-hour of unintentional comedy against the backdrop of a slightly amusing tale of betrayal, greed and numbers.
Finger food and Celebs Go Dating
You never know what you're gonna get - like the best line in Forrest Gump.
On today's variety pack we had another crack at Protobot (http://molly.is/experimenting/protobot/) to come up with a catchy brand for lickable finger polish.
That and a recap of last night's Celebs Go Dating and why you should never commit to a project that doesn't give you the flutters.
50 top-class cooking hacks
I read an article on America's Test Kitchen all about how to improve your kitchen craft with 50 tweaks. Man, it's insanely useful.
Get those 50 hacks, here: https://www.americastestkitchen.com/articles/4259-50-tiny-skills-to-improve-your-cooking-today
On today's show I also natter about some other stuff like trying to find teachers who are actually good, and helping businesses get their sh!t together.
Explicit content
Whatever we're doing in life requires way more context than it's given. Today's show reiterates the importance of context when you're asking someone to do something. The reason you don't get what you want is often because you're not being clear or EXPLICIT in your request.
Just by reading that you saved 13 minutes listening to me. All the hacks, people!
