This was one of the most real and authentic conversations I have had the privilege of having. After losing a loved one a few months back due to a tragic car accident myself, I had a brief conversation with James about his thoughts on grief and there was so much raw, real wisdom in his words I wanted to take the conversation we had offline and share with all of my friends online. With so many people having loss from so much of what has ben going in the world, this conversation was therapeutic. I hope that you listen to this podcast episode and find a little peace and comfort knowing you aren't alone and there are great lessons,  wisdom and appreciation that can be gleamed from loss.
