Steve was a fantastic cross country runner in his own right, finishing 10th at the European Cross Country champs in 2012 and has an impressive 8 national cross country medals to his name.

He is now the team coach of New Balance Manchester where he coaches a whole group of professional athletes. We discussed cross country, coaching and of course...mixed up with some light-hearted chit chat.

In Episode 9, we spoke to GB International Adelle Tracey. Adelle has been improving year on year, PBing every year since she was 14! That has now taken her to World Champs Semi Finals, 2 x fourth place finishes at the European champs and a 1:59 800m!

Adelle is also a model, professional make up artist and was an Olympic torch bearer in 2012!

In this episode we talk about what it's like finishing 4th at major champs, the heartbreak of not going to Rio in 2016 and as always...mixed up with some light-hearted chit chat!

Kyle finished a controversial 4th place at the World Championships in London 2017. Not long after the championships, 3rd place finisher, Kipyegon Bett failed a drugs test. Kyle then went on to get a silver medal at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
