In Episode 21 we sit with the Directorsa of the Mississippi Office of  Homeland Security. They breakdown how they have taken the ALERRT Program  and pushed National Standard Training out to the State of Mississippi.  They cover all the bumps in the road to State Mandates. True Leaders in  getting things done.

In this episode we had the chance to sit with James Davenport of North American Rescue. He was a Special Forces Medic, lost his leg in Combat, and tells a story of what its like to live in the legacy of his father who migrated to America to join the Military and live his life in Service to others. He also talks about the Importance of passing the message and the lessons on that we get in life.

Jason Thompson of SafeGuard Medical took time to sit down with us to explain new innovations in the field of Medical Training, SIMBODIES, and doing Medical Training in the Uncommon Training Environments.  He is joined by James Preston of the Harris County Constable Office to talk a little bit about how SafeGuard has worked with that agency to create solutions around Medical Equipment that Harris County is carrying.

Capt Rob sat down with us to share a little bit about the changes in his 26 years of service at the Honolulu Fire Department. Rob started a Drone program in the Honolulu Fire Department when he saw the need to get a birds eye view quickly. Since the pilot program was created his Drones have been used in brush fires, Structure fires and mountain rescues and ocean rescues.

On this Episode we had a chance to sit down with Ashley Spurlin. This guy is a Combat Veteran, JTAC and really generous guy who took time to explain the difference between a JTAC and A Combat Controller. I learned a bunch from him We hope you enjoy this episode.

Kalai and Blake are true leaders of the Honolulu Fire Department Rescue Unit, These guys entered the Rescue Teams on the Operator level and risen through the ranks in the Unit. They talked through the concept of Team And Competition and what the Legends left for them to build on. This is a Real Hawaiian Special. Oh, AND, one of these guys can be seen on Baywatch Hawaii.

In this Episode we sit with Honolulu Police and Fire Department operators who were at the scene of the Hibiscus Drive Incident. this happened on the Island of Oahu, Honolulu, Hawaii. Two HPD Officers, Tiffany Enriquez and Kaulike Kalama lost their lives and a 7 houses were burned to the ground. Please take a minute with this one where we hear personal stories from the people who were there.
