We speak to not one, but two educators from Training Solutions; Lisa Stone is a lash, brows and waxing expert for Salon System and she also runs her own holistic beauty practice, while Derry Vilcans-Moody is Director of Hair at Training Solutions and also has his own salon. If there's been one recurring theme over the past several months it's burnout - from literally working too hard to not having enough to do and punishing ourselves for not doing enough; the feelings and emotions that we have all had to face during periods of lockdown has been challenging to say the least. In this episode, recorded at the end of 2020, celebrity stylist and Color Wow International Creative Director Dom Heeley opens up about how his own drive for perfection caused his body to start letting him down.

Dom also shares how he got his start in hair at an early age and tells us about what it's really like to be a stylist for the likes of major celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Huda Kattan.

Last month we spoke to Belinda Price, OPI Education Manager, on all things nails. She shares how she was one of the first people in the industry to trial nail art (admitting that it took a lot of practice!) and how she coped during the last lockdown, throwing in a few tips along the way.
