The third part of their Self-Discovery series, they discuss why creating a relationship with one’s Inner Work helps us get in touch with those most vulnerable and open parts of ourselves. Often hiding in our unconscious because of core wounding, creating this relationship helps one begin to find out what they need in order for them to feel seen and heard - an effective healing modality in and of itself.
