Matt 2:02
And this week's episode, we are talking about a book called The Four Agreements written by Don Miguel Ruiz. And I really think this is a conversation worth having. Because this book ties up several things that go on, internally, I think anyways, into four tidy concepts that are easy to relate to the first one, which is being impeccable with your word. So how did you guys internalize that concept of being impeccable with your word?

Nobody did . Ok…

Jen 2:41
Well, and there's this fun little, um, I guess…. I'm done.

Matt 2:49
This is this is really good.

Jen 2:52
Yes, um so part of it, there's a component there is a visual aid for those of you who like that kind of thing. And that it has four different sections to it. So be impeccable with your word. A) would be speak with integrity, B) is say what you mean, and C) is avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others, and D) is use the power of Your Word, and the direction of your truth and love.

Matt 3:19
Well, that was very teachery .

Jen 3:20
You're welcome. So if people are looking for more what that looks likes, looks like and sounds like that's, that's some additional information.

And this week, we are talking about a couple of videos that we all watched. Just recently, Mike Maloney's series, the hidden secrets of money, episodes nine and 10. I'm a big fan of Mike Maloney, personally, you know, there's, he's in the gold business, but he's not like exclusively all about gold, and everything else sucks. You know, there's, there's people in the industry that are like that, I think, you know, for me, I can no longer take Peter Schiff very seriously. Whereas, Mike, he's, he's open to everything, and I love it. What do you guys think about Mike?

Austin 1:44
For me, Mike is like i for i have a degree in finance. And, you know, there's so much that people don't understand about money, and the economics and the economy and how it all works. And I've multiple times throughout the years, have shown people episode number four of the hidden secrets of money that basically talks about how our current system works and how it's a giant scam.

And this week, we are talking about the prison system. I don't know if we actually decided that we were just talking about here in the US or globally. But there's some interesting stats, I think that would help put things in context. context, the US is approximately 5% of the world population, yet we have 25% of the world's prison population. That population has increased 700% since the 80s. And that's around the time when mandatory sentencing kind of kicked in. So what were the big things that you guys saw? Like? I mean, I guess the question I was thinking about first is like, why why do we imprison people? what's the what's the base reasoning for that?
