The Forgiveness Show

By Shirvington Hannays
The show will explore by applying six simple steps in a process of forgiveness and true acceptance of situations, events, or persons as is. How to practice the process of forgiveness for every and any life situation by being willing to look at the situation, event or person differently. By first accepting the situation, event or person as is as against how you think it or the person should be or could have been.

#theforgivenessshow
This episode takes a look at forgiveness from the standpoint of the 3 reasons people come into our lives. I also acknowledge the life expression of 2 very strong men who both afforded me opportunities to reflect on forgiveness, one as a mentor and teacher; while the other a opportunity for practising ongoing and active forgiveness.

When and how do you start the process of Forrgiveness and forgiving?
I should have known better to start a show on forgiveness and not expect the Universe to give me a project immediately to work on. I apologize for the longer than the usual podcast. #ALLlivesMATTERS. Namaste

I have been thinking of a way to hurt him or even killing him
In this episode I go back to my childhood and young adult life when my cousin Ann challenged me about my sinister thoughts and hatred I held towards my father. She did so in a very matter of fact way with one question and no further explanation. That question change my mind and challenged me to find a way to forgive and address the hatred I held towards my father.
