iOS skills: Swift write clean software, work with software design patterns such as MVVM. UIKit and experience with writing apps without Storyboard. Familiar with CI/CD and with related tools such as Jenkins and Fastlane. Experience with unit testing. English communication skills, both written and verbal.

10. Inspiratie NL- De uitdagingen van een productief developers team.
De wereld waarin we opereren verandert voortdurend, of het nu gaat om nieuwe technologie, de marktsituatie, eisen van klanten, interne veranderingen of zo als nu, een pandemie. Door voortdurend gebruik te maken van de collectieve expertise en intelligentie van jouw team, wordt het gemakkelijker om uitdagingen te navigeren en kansen te omarmen.
Een team door al deze veranderingen leiden, bedrijfseigenaar worden en personeel aanwerven zijn grote veranderingen die andere vaardigheden vragen dan je wellicht tot nu toe hebt moeten gebruiken. Dus, de vraag 'hoe leid je een team', zou eigenlijk moeten zijn hoe je succesvol een team leidt in een omgeving van verandering. En hoe je leiding geeft zodat je team en organisatie hun volledige potentieel kunnen bereiken.
In deze podcast verteld Ad van Roosmalen over leiderschap, de uitdagingen van een team en hoe hij hierbij kan helpen. Hoe je iedereen in je team de ruimte geeft om zo het beste te kunnen presteren. 3. Inspiratie NL - App developer en stress? Buig deze nu om naar productiviteit.
Development is een teamsport, het het idee van de Soft skills trainingen is om ontwikkelaars hierbij te ondersteunen. Je kunt deze vaardigheden samenvatten als "interpersoonlijke vaardigheden". Ze variëren van lichaamstaal, tot emotionele intelligentie en ze hebben één ding gemeen, ze draaien allemaal om het gebied van communicatie. In deze podcast hebben we het over stress en hoe je dit kunt ombuigen naar productiviteit. Dit alles naar aanleiding van de Soft skills voor developers trainingen die ik heb ontwikkeld. De eerste editie van de soft skills trainingen vond live plaats binnen Appdevcon 2019 en in 2020 online. Dit jaar doen we het vanwege de pandemie ook weer online en dan vanuit The House of Appril. Steven Claus is is mijn gast van deze podcast en een van de trainers van de Stress trainingen. Ik heb Steven gevraagd omdat hij jaren als hersendokter in het ziekenhuis heeft gewerkt. Zijn achtergrond in combinatie met de training zij hij verzorgt vanuit MyMindfarm maakte mij heel nieuwsgierig.
